A wise Mentor once told me to "...stop taking everything so seriously, you have to lighten up and have fun...the signs of worry, fear and doubt are only for the timid, the weak and the soon to be forgotten...". .
I was still young at the time, so I didn't really understand the advice...but now, it finally hit me!
What he meant was... .
When you drop the #WORRY of 'what if I fail?...' and replace it with 'what do I have to lose?...' the task is not as intimidating as it once was.
When you remove the #FEAR of 'what are they going to think of me...' and replace it with 'wait til they get a load of me...' fears you once lost sleep over, are no longer a blip on your radar.
And when you release the #DOUBT of ' I don't think I can do that...' and instead replace it with 'watch me do this!...'. every thing that was once difficult to even imagine, now becomes easy to create and do.
So the Take Away? .
- Find a Mentor .
- Take action NOW because 99.99% of the BS you worry about will NEVER happen .
- Mindset , Attitude and Behavior are the only skills that matter so learn to MASTER them!
