In ALL seriousness! When deadlifting, as u come back, pretend ur daddystroking (s/o Party Boys)... . Engage that Mind-Muscle Connection and Really Squeeze/Flex Your Hamstring/Glutes/Lower Back as u come up and pull back. THRUST ur hips forward and keep an Arch in ur Back (*lil Jon voice* and shake ya rump AY!) .
ANYBODY can do reps, but if u want RESULTS, u MUST become one with ur muscles. . .
We are so quick to complain about what isn't working or what we don't have but being grateful for all you have is super important for your wellbeing & opens you up to a flow of abundance. Gratitude helps to shift your focus from the negative in your life and have a more positive outlook, this will have a massive impact on you mentally and physically in a really good way! Tip: Write 3 things down, everyday that you are grateful for.
