I just want to say. There’s been countless time where I wanted to stop this program all together. Where I didn’t want to work it anymore. Where I was kind of fed up, not with the program and not with not getting results — I knew I was. But because of what other people were making me feel. I’ve been working hard at this for six months almost... and never got recognition for it when I saw that it was being given elsewhere. It really hurt me. It still happens, daily. I’ve just learned not to seek the recognition from somebody else and instead just fucking go harder... I have goals, and I don’t have time to wait around for someone to “like” my picture or comment that they’re seeing my work. I started doing this for reasons unknown, but along the way I’ve found why I’m doing this and it’s for ME, 100%... do something FOR YOURSELF.
Everything that we repeatedly say to ourselves out aloud or in our thoughts are affirmations. Just like sowing seeds in a garden. When we water and nurture the seeds Everyday, they will grow. That's like repeating an affirmation.

🔹Tired of doing the same old pull ups? Heres a challenging pull up variation to add to the routine. This will increase the stress applied to your muscles in several ways. Each rep, consisting of a shift to both sides, taking longer than a typical pull-up, and also place more tension on the muscles when maintaining the top position. 🔹Start in a pull-up position with your palms facing away from you, shoulder-width apart. Go to the top as normal with your chin even with the bar. Shift your body to the left in a controlled manner so your chin is even with the back of your left hand. At this point you will overload the left side of your back then shift to the right to apply the same amount of tension, then back down on the eccentric part of the pull up. 🔹Muscles you are working include your lats, traps, deltoids, forearms and biceps. They will be taxed under all that time under tension, so be READY! Give it a try Fit fam!
