First of all, what is cutting? It is when you want to lose the fat you accumulated during your bulk, so you do a caloric deficit during a certain period of time. A bulk on the other hand is when you increase your caloric intake to a surplus which is basically the opposite💪🏽

To not lose the muscles you have built during your bulk it is important that you are not laying too low on your caloric deficit. A caloric deficit between 250-500 calories should be the ideal to not lose your muscles🥗

Personally I have never been a numbers girl and I prefer to enjoy my food instead of associate it with numbers🤓 What I do to be on a deficit is to change up my workouts and eat the same as before. I will still be laying on a deficit because I burn more than I eat🏃🏼‍♀️

🍲Broccoli Stir-Fry With Chicken and Mushrooms

🌯Ingredients:

1️⃣2 tablespoons olive oil
2️⃣2 tablespoons minced garlic
3️⃣1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
4️⃣1 lb broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces, the stems no more than 1/4-inch thick
5️⃣8 ounces button mushrooms, cleaned, trimmed and sliced
6️⃣Salt
7️⃣1 cup water
8️⃣8 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1/2- to 3/4-inch chunks or thin slices and blotted dry
9️⃣2 tablespoons soy sauce
🔟Freshly ground black pepper

🥘Directions:

🍳Put a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. When it’s hot, add half the oil, swirl it around, and immediately add half the garlic and ginger. Cook for 15 seconds, stirring, then add the broccoli, mushrooms.

🍄Raise heat to high, and cook, stirring, until mushrooms release their water and broccoli is bright green and beginning to brown, 3 to 5 minutes.
.
🍜Sprinkle with salt; add 1-cup water. Stir and cook until almost all liquid evaporates and broccoli is almost tender, another minute or two more, then transfer to a plate.

🍣Turn heat to medium, add remaining oil, then remaining garlic and ginger. Stir, then add chicken and turn heat to high. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken has lost its pink color, three to five minutes.

🍔Turn heat to medium. Return broccoli, mushrooms and juices to the pan, and stir. Add soy sauce, sprinkle with more salt and some pepper; add a little more water if mixture is dry. Raise heat to high and cook, stirring occasionally, until liquid is reduced slightly and you’ve scraped up all the bits of chicken. Taste and adjust seasoning, garnish with remaining scallion and serve.

I have stomach problems and I wish this were true. But there is really not enough science available to prove this is true.

The bigger and more important thing is your behavior. Even if probiotics work - they are a temporary solution.

You cannot eat unbalanced, few veggies, and drink little water and expect to throw a pill at your belly and it will make it all better.

A long term solution is to improve your eating behavior.

THE BEST ISOLATED ARM EXERCISES!!

If you want big arms you have to do compound exercises with some isolated exercises next to it. If you want big arms you have to do compounds but if you want MASSIVE Arms you have to do isolation work next to it. For muscle growth it’s important to train with hypertrophy and let the blood flowing trough your vains.

The arm has 2/3 tricep muscles and 1/3 bicep muscles. So make sure you train the tricep as hard or even harder then your biceps!!! The skull crushers are a very good exercise for the tricep. Make sure to hold on to progressive overload.

For the biceps are barbell exercises the best isolated exercise. Make sure tocdo it 2-3 times a week and also here use progressive overload to GROW!

If you want to get big arms you aso have to train your forearms. It’s all about perspection. With the hammer curls you train the biceps and forearms so make sure to put it in your workoutroutine!!

As last the rooe pulldown wich is my favorite tricep exercise. With this exercise you have total control, and if you do it right you get s reslly good pump wich feels great!! Make sure you squeeze and control fir ootimal growth!!

This morning is kind of difficult. One Saturday each month I go into work at 6AM and do a morning show. Normally I would swing by our donut shop and get 3 donuts and chocolate milk or by Mcdonalds and get 2 sausage biscuits, a coffee, and a hash brown. Last month I wasn't tracking points so I went to Mcdonalds, but since I'm doing well this month I decided to being my own breakfast.

It's difficult because for months I've been so excited to get McDonald's or donuts before work, but I made a smart choice. This breakfast is actually pretty delicious and filling for only 6sp ♡. The choices may be hard, but the payoff is worth it in the end.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know that I absolutely HATE the words “the best”

For the simple reason that these words suggest that this is the absolute best thing you can do and there’s nothing else to do.

The fitness industry runs on selling you stuff that is “the best” or the “the only way” or “the best way to do something and there’s nothing else”

I absolutely HATE this. I’m a gazillion % serious.

To get back to the point, the “best” workout you can do, is not the one that you super sore, or the one that your friends would say, “No pain no gain baby” Whoever came up with this needs a smack in the head… With a chair… Seriously :)

Or the one where you can move your legs anymore because you’ve trained so hard.

❌ You're controlling calories, but your sugar intake lowers the amount of healthy foods you're eating, which leads to inadequate amounts of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and protein.
❌ You're completely Sedentary 😴

✅ You're controlling total calories & getting plenty of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and protein.
✅ You're physically active throughout the day and preferably lifting weights 2-4x a week.
✅You're using sugar in moderation to enjoy life rather than stuffing it in your face as an emotional crutch.

The Bottom Line ✅: sugar is NOT inherently bad for you. Context matters 👉 and sugar only becomes an issue when your intake results in eating too many calories, too few micronutrient-dense foods, or you're completely sedentary.
