Some exciting news. As I have been not feeling well at all this week. I only was able to walk the one day and the entire time it just felt awful. So I focused on my diet. Stoped doing keto and went to a low fat diet (not really counting just not using as much butter. Not eating bacon. Not eating fatty meats. Etc) and I’ve lost 4lbs this week! It really is in the kitchen for weight loss and at the gym for strength. So even though this entire week I felt like I was being lame and not working towards my goal I was through good food choices. Also I think it’s helped that I’ve been drinking a ton of herbal tea. Ive been doing peppermint or a night time blend for sleep and lemon ginger with probiotics in the day. Although today I choose the @tazo passion tea. I only drink herbal teas for religious reasons or else I’d be guzzling green tea 🍵 to cleanse my liver. On my shopping trip today I will be getting dandelion tea which is supposed to work like green tea. I felt like making chia seed muffins this morning but I didn’t like any of the recipes I found..
So I just made it up! And I ended up making these amazing Coconut-Cornmeal-Chia muffins or a.k.a. my 3C muffins!!
Just sweet enough but not too sweet that you can’t enjoy as a savoury snack. Naturally gluten-free, and refined-sugar free.
Chia seeds are incredible in so many ways. Full of Omega-3 fats (the healthy ones) which help raise good cholesterol and are anti inflammatory. High in protein and Fiber. Great for gut health. They are an antioxidant. AND they’re a mucilage which helps pull toxins from your digestive tract. See how amazing they are??

Finally went to get my dress hemmed (cuz yo girl is standing 5’3/63 inches long), dry cleaned, etc with less than a month before the wedding and found that the waist can be taken in by a couple inches. ✊✊✊
I can’t seem to lose inches around my chest but I’ll take this win since my body doesn’t look like a straight up rectangle no moh!! Now it’s a rectangle with little dents. ⏳ 😛
