The fog today was like walking through clouds. At this sugarbush we have 4 mainlines that run across a field about 1/3 of a mile long before they get to the woods. With fog so thick, you couldn't look out very far before the mainlines and everything in sight became shrouded in white.
At this woods the fog has kept the colder air down and prevented the warmer air from coming in. We're hoping to see the fog lift, and with the influx of warmer temps, the sap start to pick up!
