3 main fat loss focus points.
1) Calorie deficit - consume less calories than you’re burning in what ever method works best for you. Tracking calories/Time restricted eating/Portion control/Habit setting.
2) Exercise/move more - you don’t have to train in the gym, you don’t have to go running. Anything that involves you moving more, do that. What ever you enjoy doing, exercise wise/activity wise do that and more of it.
3) Be consistent - hate to say it, but it’s true. Most people fail at getting where they want because they are not doing the things they enjoy, cutting enjoyable foods out, doing forms of exercise you hate won’t allow you much consistency.
The more enjoyable the process, the more consistent you’ll be.

👉Do not overcomplicate your meals!👈
So many people try to make fancy stuff when they would normally benefit with something simple and quick.
🍆🍅 You do not even need to put Meat or Fish in each meal. Here you have an example: Half can of Butter beans mixed with stir fry Veggies and a bit of tomato and herbs (10 min to prepare the whole meal).
Then I added a dessert of Cottage cheese and Natural yogurt with some Myprotein Flavdrops for taste and I had a meat free meal with more than 25g of Protein in it and plenty of Veg.
😋 It was a satiating meal and good meal as it contained a dessert!
Takeaway Check List
1️⃣ Have you exercised? Doing so allows us more room for the food that we live which tends to be higher in calories. Even going for a walk will help burn calories! If you do have something that’s super high in calories then reduce how much you eat over the following days👊🏻
2️⃣ Wait 30 minutes. In doing so it allows us to process whether we really want it or wether we REALLY want it. Impulsive versus thinking. Impulsive leads to guilty thinking and feelings whereas if we wait 30 minutes and still want it, HAVE IT GUILT FREE👌🏻
3️⃣ What’s your food been like all week? Have you been having those snacks you shouldn’t of or maybe you’ve already had a takeaway? If that’s the case, maybe another one isn’t the option. If it’s not the case, then reward yourself!

Never under estimate the power of collaboration - whether it's business or personal .. in the search for happiness your network is crucial .
It's been a great week so far with 121's and meetings that have connected me , inspired me , up skilled me and sometimes surprised me .. it has led to further clarity on my business and seen contacts start to become friends.
Nurture your networks , appreciate what they give .. you cannot do it all alone .
We often have expectations of people that they do not reach .. but we often miss what the purpose of their connection with us is ... 🙏🏻💖

BEFORE and AFTER … AFTER
You might hear a lot about sustainability and about maintaining weight loss long term.
Here you go.
The inspiration that is Hayley. Achieving a truly life changing result.
Hayley came to us back in January 2014 to make a big change to her life. She started doing slimming world to get her food under control and started training with us 3 times per week.
Within the first 12 months she had achieved an amazing result physiologically and psychologically.
I think it’s important to add that during this time, we didn’t get her to stop slimming world, it worked for her, it gave her structure and something to follow, what we we’re able to do was help educate Hayley as to why slimming world worked for her and helped guide her towards eating a healthy balanced diet that worked for her and her lifestyle.
This was important because that guidance took Hayley away from following a specific plan, moved her away from a weight loss program and helped her eat at maintenance.
As you can see the results have been incredible following on 4 years later, Hayely has managed to maintain the incredible results she had achieved in year 1, keeping consistent with training roughy 3 times per week, staying active by walking (dogs are a great help) and eating the way that works for her.
Very proud of her for all she has achieved, and feel very happy to be a part of her journey.
