2 weeks, 2 wins! So proud of my lil babies 😍 Even with all the odds against us today, they came out and ROCKED the house! So, we celebrate! But we can’t bask in glory for too long... we’re back to business as usual this Thursday to start prepping for our biggest competition of the season. In just one month, Lil Turbo will be taking their talents to Cheersport Nationals in Atlanta, GA 🏆🎉 Send prayers for healthy little bodies, focused minds, and a confidence that can’t be shaken! It’s go time 💪🏽🎀 I also ask that you say an extra special prayer for safe travels and new successes for our cheer sister @officialreagankraemer! On top of being a mini 1 allstar cheerleader, Reagan is also a child actress! She will be heading out to Cali for the next few weeks to pursue her acting career and unfortunately, will not be with us in Atlanta this time around. Luckily, we were able to send her off with another 1st place victory! 💕Reagan, we wish you the best of luck and are so proud of you! We hope you have an awesome time in LA and can’t wait to have you back with us! xoxo

Day 17 of #ayearofyoga2018 is #parsvakukkutasana I haven’t quite gotten the twist yet, but practice, practice, practice. ANYWAY...
First video: I’m honestly just freaking impressed at how graceful this was so of course, it needed to be included.
Second: I have not done a simple head stand let alone a variation in a disgustingly long amount of time. So yes shaking and grunting noise is gonna come along with it. (Plus the beautiful sounds of my essential oil diffuser.)
Third: Coming into pose slowly well thinking “Wow shins and kneecaps are boney”
Fourth and fifth: Finished product.
Sixth: Well anyone who has a fitness account and def takes videos and pictures you know. You may mess up, you weren’t completely in the shot, you realized after the fact that the video wasn’t even ON. Or that you already had done it a million times and now just can’t get it quite right. (Of course.) And well then you’re just like; meh, I’m done.
Day 17 of self love: What is the most loving thing you have ever done for yourself? Began leading a healthier life style. 8 hours of sleep, pushing my limits but knowing when it’s too much, practicing yoga, reading...so many things and so many blessings I have been given.
