What are you drinking this #tykutuesday ? Try this beautiful stripped down version of a classic piña colada by our friend @taylord_cocktails! He makes it with @blackwellrum, TYKU coconut 🥥 sake, muddled pineapple, and Demerara sugar. So nice and simple, for when you want a little tropical 🌴 feeling but without all the additives in a sugary prefab cocktail mix. Would love this garnished with a slice of grilled pineapple. 🍍Kanpai!🍹
January’s #CraftGinClub#gin is #SabatiniGin . Using botanicals grown in #Tuscany this #LondonDryGin is proudly distilled and bottled by Thames Distillery - a partnership openly stated which is refreshing in itself for it’s transparency and honesty. The 9 botanicals that give this gin its Tuscan flavour are juniper, coriander seed, orris root, wild fennel, lavender, olive leaves, thyme, lemon verbena and sage. This results in a gin with a delicious juniper hit followed by a fresh floral taste underpinned with a herbaceous layer reminiscent of the Tuscan landscape. One of our new favorite martinis made with flavors we all know and love, paired together in new surprisingly, delicious fashion. Gin, Vermouth, Cointreau, and Absinthe garnished with a fresh twist of lemon. This is a martini that would make even James Bond’s mouth water!
