I’m still over here waddling around after Tuesday’s leg day 😅 and now my arms are also sore from yesterday so I call that a win 🙌🏼 Leg day tomorrow should be fun ☠️ I’m taking a much needed rest day because my schedule is super busy today and my body is tired Yes, I plan rest days that match best with my work and school schedule! That’s what works for me! I’m also going to use today as a foam rolling stretching day. I like to make excuses about time and why I don’t stretch as much as I should- rest days are a perfect day to spend that extra time moving your muscles and getting in a good stretch!

But this must echo yesterday's picture.
A lot of people blamed me for not eating broccoli or apples and, I quote, not being "frugivore". FRIENDS.
I LOVE FRUITS.
BUT THIS IS WHAT HAPPEN WHEN I EAT A F*CKING APPLE. ☝🏼No, bloating is not "normal" !
I mean, sure, if you ate too much, you are going to be bloated.
But if you look preggo everytime you eat a certain food, chances are you are intolerant to it. ⠀
This is how I knew I had intolerance issues. You've been a lot to ask "How the hell can I know if I cannot digest certain foods ?". I personally did a Test, because I could not pinpoint which foods exactly I was intolerant to. It is a test from @everly_well (link in bio) you can do at home- thank god its not in a Lab or I'd have freaked out lol.
Shall I end on a very politically correct kinda note ? 🌈Love-your-body-the-way-it-is-you-are-perfect 🙂 (except bloating f*cking suck no matter what people say lol)

I got into weight training my freshman year of college and have been pretty much obsessed with it ever since! Last year, I broke my personal record of 385 pounds on bench press when I was able to do 405 pounds! It was an incredible feeling. However, I didn’t just lay down on the bench and press 405 pounds one day. I had worked, sweat and bled in the gym for nearly 6 months prior reaching the goal. If I had attempted 405 pounds without working towards it, chances are it would have killed me or seriously hurt me//
Your goals and ambitions in life work the same way. You have to be willing to put in a ridiculous amount of work for maybe years and years before reaching the level you want to get to. That’s just a fact. However, you can rest assured knowing that the work you put in to get there has prepared you to handle the weight that comes with your next level. You have to be willing to grind today in order to shine tomorrow. What you do in the dark will come to light.

As a teacher, lunchtimes are often used up to catch up paperwork, emails, helping a students and most times all at the same time #multitasking etc etc!!
