Fast food cravings and pregnancy 🍕👶
I mentioned in my post last night about trying to be as conscious about my food choices as possible through this pregnancy & a big factor in that is fast foooood! .
Earlier on in this pregnancy, I tried (and actually liked 😱) Supercharge sauce from KFC for the first time and oh my god I thought that would be the end of me! The bulk nuggets with the sauce that is 😜
So instead of blowing my nutrition on the regular, I opted to grab some singles of the sauce instead and teamed it with my own home prepared chicken breast and you know what? This is actually AS GOOD as the "real thing" and your not sitting there in drive thru like oh man I need a soft drink oh and chips as well 🍟🚫
After doing this I haven't had any KFC since, I haven't wanted it because I made a variation that worked for me 🙌

Ray is an enterpreneur and hedge fund manager who runs Bridgewater which is the biggest hedge fund in the world (over $150 billion in assets). But most importantly, he part of a very special elite group: he is one of the very few active managers that manage to beat the market over a long period of time. That is crazy. If you are an investor or a trader , you've got to read this book. You have too!💯

Hello Everyone and #happyhumpday 🙌🏼 I thought it was time to say hello to my new followers 👋🏼 and tell you all a little bit more about myself!
1. I was born in England and moved to the states when I was just under 2 years old. All of my mom's side of the family still lives there and it's so great to be able to go back and visit 🇬🇧
2. My dad's parents are from Spain and Puerto Rico, which is where my dad was raised and my grandmother still lives. Please send prayers to PR (and all of the Caribbean) as they battle through another storm 🇵🇷
3. I have one younger sibling and five older siblings, so we're not quite the Brady Bunch, but family events are always loud and crazy 💁🏼💁🏻💁🏼🙋🏻♂️💁🏻🙋🏻♂️💁🏻
4. I started dancing when I was 3 years old, and continued all throughout high school. I started dancing competitively in middle school and in college, my team danced at a Celtics game! Dance is the one thing that got me through some of the hardest times in my life 👯
5. Growing up I actually hated doctors. I 100% did not trust them nor believe that they could do any good - And now I'm a second year medical student (ironic, right?) But we will leave that story for another day 👩🏻⚕️

En la espalda encontramos la mejoría ostensible de las lineas y de los surcos que se formaban por los excesos de piel y de grasa sobrante que ya después de la liposucción mejoraron en un 80%, por lo cual es muy probable que nuestra paciente tenga una optima recuperación. Here are some of the things you can try right away to start ensuring optimal tension for all of the exercises you perform:
1⃣ Steer clear of machines and isolation exercises for just a little while. But don’t let that message confuse you; there’s nothing wrong with machines, and they can be great tools and extremely effective at delivering results. But they can also let you “get away” with a lack of tension by providing external support. So if you can learn tension, then every exercise you perform — including the machine work — will become more effective.
2⃣ Perform fewer reps per set—at least initially. Coaches agree that while improving full-body tension will eventually second-nature, early on it will make everything feel more difficult, so no need to increase the risk of error by doing more reps.
🏋 Full-body tension may sound like a lot to learn—after all, you have more than 600 muscles — but nearly all of the cues you’re going to learn come down to five areas: Your shoulders, core, butt, feet, and grip. If you were to scan just those five things on every exercise, and made sure they are engaged, you’ll make a lot of progress right away. 👊
