Over here we have a part of the squat session I had yesterday combined with the previous squat session. 🚨READ ALL🚨 as this is more educational and related to details which are important for long term results.
1. The first part has two squats videos one from yesterday and right after my squats from the previous session. Any person who is very good at squatting and has lots of experience could tell that in the first part there is almost no butt wink but in the second part every repetition has a butt wink not excessive but it's there. The butt wink is your pelvis going backwards and slipping under the body. If excessive it can become dangerous. It can happen if you don't let your knees come forward enough when squatting and when you have tight glutes which I had because they were sore from practicing front flips and falling many times on my ass before getting it 🤣.
2. The second part is the front squat. You can see that yesterday I was able to do the weight without a spotter but on the second part from last session you see my girlfriend @iisaxxo spotting me because I didn't want to take a chance being sore in the glutes. This is just to show you that if you know you are not 100% don't risk injuring yourself have a spotter and if you are by yourself just put less weight and work on that form or work differently to get something positive out of your session. There are always multiple solutions to a problem.👌🏾
