• the simplicity of beginnings.
So far, we have lived in an Age of Trauma; we are individually and collectively (finally) waking and taking the necessary time to pause and ask what everyone is so angry about, to learn what’s really behind that anger. When we’ve layered ourselves for our lifetime, speaking & starting from scratch isn’t immediately comfortable—but remembering who we are and why we are is always necessary.
A simple way of approaching this is by asking what aspect(s) of identity needs to die in the process of giving birth to something more alive? It’s more about letting go with careful flow than forcefully killing it off although sometimes it is helpful to activate a kind of fierceness that enables us to move on. This is all about relationship so keep kindness front and center. Utilize this new moon energy to gently knead your feels and intentionally release that which no longer serves, to reconnect and re-establish a from-scratch relationship to that which helps you to be your most authentic, genuine Self—that equally allows the same sweet strength & freedom for all.
