I felt alive hahaha! First time in weeks I've not looked dead! Got all smudged on the stairmaster though....think I'll stick to looking dead. Much less effort! .

I’m sharing with you all this message I received today from a cyber bully, or “keyboard warrior” as I like to call them, because it’s real and happens to people EVERYDAY!! I’m not posting this for sympathy, I’m actually kind of used to the negative comments about my lifestyle, I’m posting this to spread awareness! Cyber bullying is HORRIBLE, and says a lot more about the person behind the keyboard then it does about the person they are attacking! This is just part of what I was sent.. it kept on until I finally just blocked them (not once did I respond)! This is clearly a fake profile, they had no “snap story” and I couldn’t find them on Instagram or Facebook! 1 in 10 kids attempt suicide due to cyberbullying, 4,500 kids die EACH YEAR due to cyberbullying! So spread as much love as humanly possible! Life is to damn short to take time to make fake profiles and hide behind keyboards! ❤️🙏🏽

So here goes! 🤷♀️ 1️⃣ I am a full time grad student and I finally graduate in December! 👩🏼🎓
2️⃣ I moved to Texas 5 years ago without a job or a plan, and it’s the best thing I have ever done! ▫️
3️⃣ I didn’t take my health or fitness very seriously until I started working out 2 years ago. Now I couldn’t imagine the living lifestyle I used to live. It wasn’t unhealthy, but it wasn’t focused either. ▫️
4️⃣ I grew up playing sports like volley ball and gymnastics (because we had to for PE) but I was never that great at them- it made me resent physical activity for a long time. 🏃🏼♀️
5️⃣ until recently, most of the closest people in my life called me “Boo” 👻 😂 as in “Becca Boo” ▫️
6️⃣ I’ve been thinking a lot about what @lauraleabalanced called “self limiting beliefs” lately, and why we, as women, tend to fall victim to them more often than others. I think I’m going to start researching this phenomenon and share on my page what I’ve found. I want this page to inspire and inform more than it has in the past!
7️⃣ The only workout I do consistently is @kayla_itsines #bbgstronger I did BBG for 1.5 years and I’ve done the Stronger program ever since 💪
8️⃣ I love to bake! But I can’t eat any of it right now because of my crazy (and necessary) diet 🎂 #glutenfree#dairyfree#lowfodmap ▫️
9️⃣ my favorite food is macaroni and cheese (see above 😭😭😭) ▫️
🔟 I love all things creative- photography, calligraphy, interior design, just to name a few👩🏼🎨

Being accountable wasn’t something I made a priority this summer, and the last month I’ve really committed to working on ME. Not super proud of my starting point, but I’m making progress weekly - mentally more than anything. The slow physical changes are just a bonus!
👉🏼 3 weeks, down 3lbs, but working HARD at staying focused on my goals and getting myself healthy & happy.
