Тяжело вставать по утрам, даже если выспалась. Мотивации делать что-то 0, делаю по инерции, без энтузиазма. Настроение просто в ж*пе.

As I scroll through my Instagram feed, it’s so easy to compare myself to others whether it’s how many followers they have or their newest bag. Instagram should be a place of celebration and encouragement, not negativity and comparison. We should celebrate the people we admire and our friends. As women, we should lift each other up and not pick up every little thing about someone. We never know what is truly happening on the other side of the camera. We showcase what we want people to see and hide what we don’t. I encourage you to be positive and fill your feed with inspiration, celebrate with others, be happy in who you are and how God created you and the path He has set for you without comparison. I read this, and it is so true... “No one’s life is as perfect as their Instagram feed.”
