And now for the real reason we went to @empellon - desserttttt 🍰🍰🍰🍰🍰 "avocado", corn ice cream tacos, and banana ice cream!
The "avocado" looked exactly like a real avocado but it's actually lime mouse!! The banana ice cream looked just like a stick of butter sitting on a rock, but the banana flavor was very subtle and the rock looking part is an edible cream. So incredibly inventive!!!

We're honored to treat @thrilla96, Co-Founder of @thompsonbrotherslacrosse to our next Chef Challenge Syracuse event at @saltcitygrille . Our Founder @rooted.in.adventures learned lacrosse at a young age from his uncle Nathan and played club lacrosse at @syracuseu while attending @sunyesfimage. Lacrosse was his solution to stress for most of his life. Nothing feels better than trying to rip a ball through the net (only happened once.... and it was pretty old and wet but it counts right?) Not only do we share a passion for the same sport but we both are committed to protecting our most valuable natural resources, those that are vital to life, clean water, air, and soil. Chef Challenge Syracuse was created to innovate and clean up our food system while putting Syracuse on the map as a Foodie Destination.
