Exercising can be so simple... a quick 20-30min workout can be enough in a day! Today I fit in some Tabata training - 20sec ON 10 sec OFF - six rounds (about 20 minutes)! You can do this anywhere all you need is a Interval Timer and heaps energy 😝💦💪🏻
Strengthening the posterior muscles is really important if you want to have a balanced body and prevent injuries. Weak glutes is one of the main reasons of knee pain and tight hips which can also lead to excessive stress on our lower spine. Make sure you activate your glutes before every session and make sometime to focus on strengthening your posterior muscles. Here are a few exercises you can do! I did 4 rounds of 12 reps each. This is a homemade pancake that is ✔️gluten free ✔️ sugar free ✔️dairy free and it tastes absolutely delicious! Here’s the recipe: - 2 eggs 🥚 - 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp almond meal
- 1 tbsp activates buckwheat - 1 tbsp raw cacao powder - 1/2 large banana 🍌
Topping - 1 tbsp almond spread - 1 tbsp coconut yogurt 🥥 - 1 handful of berries - ground cinnamon
If ou have a sweet tooth, you can add 1 tsp rice malt syrup or honey.
The good thing about this pancake is that you can play around with the ingredients and toppings. Try it out!
