This Tuesday I'm sharing how it's possible to turn your love (or eventual love) of fitness into a business of helping others!!!
If I'm being totally honest with you...which I always try to be...I initially thought this business of being a coach and supporter was a joke. But I had NO IDEA the possibilities and the opportunities for people who lead with their heart and who chose to lead by example.
I am here to share as much as I can the possibilities of using effective and proven tools in order to help people say goodbye to their excess weight forever, to offer them a solution to their problems, to support people through some of the hardest days of their lives.
Being the change in someone's life is priceless. It's unforgettable and it's life changing.
Will you join me this Tuesday to hear my story and hear all the details of how I now work from home to make an impact on others' lives, helping them lead healthier and happier days!?

Happy Nevada Day Everyone! Oh what wait your state doesn’t have a holiday celebrating its birth? Did you know that school kids get it off? It used to fall on Halloween and I had no idea that other states didn’t get Halloween off for the longest time.
I am a born and raised Northern Nevadan. While me and this state don’t always get along, this is home. This is where I come from. Reno has a lot of flaws, but that’s kind of the beautiful part. While my heart lies in Nor Cal, my roots are here.
Enjoy the sunsets. Enjoy the mountains. Enjoy the fact that there’s more to Nevada than just Las Vegas. A lot more. Happy Nevada day. We’re battleborn.
(I stole this picture but I wanted the Nevada sign from the Northern California border not Las Vegas and it turns out it’s way more difficult to find. 🙄 thanks to whoever took it. You are an angel.)
Happy Nevada Day!
I’m not originally from Nevada (CA girl). However since moving to this great state I’ve grown to appreciate the way it’s different than many others. This is a great state and I’m proud to have had my son born here in Reno where he will grow up.
I came home from dropping him off at school today and went straight to my bench and made this necklace, complete with my favorite stone Watermelon Tourmaline to mark where Reno is on the map.
For sale until noted otherwise, DM if interested!
“Nevada Day commemorates the admission of the state of Nevada into the union on October 31, 1864. The first known observance of Nevada Day (originally known as "Admission Day") was by the Pacific Coast Pioneer society during the 1870s. It was not until 1933 that the state legislature designated October 31 as Nevada Day and a state holiday.” They then moved it to the last Friday in October which is today believe it or not!
It’s not really your birthday until Halloween! But the calendar marks today as your day!
I love you beautiful state! And I’m so glad to call you my home! HAPPY BIRTHDAY NEVADA! #homemeansnevada#nevada#battleborn#nevadan
He's seen as one of the most bi-partisan senators, but after changing directions and opinions multiple times regarding #healthcare this fall, that has him in a tricky spot for reelection in 2018. He has a female democratic challenger in rep Jacky Rosen, who is polling ahead of him and ramping up millions to race against him. He's trying to stay in touch with his #Nevadan constituency by pushing tax cuts, and sharing pics of him loving #dogs on his personal #Twitter , but the people of #Nevada really don't want to lose that sweet, sweet affordable healthcare...
