Het nieuwe jaar gezond gestart met meer groente en eiwitten en minder koolhydraten. Maar lekker (en soms minder gezond) eten blijft mijn passie! It had all been going so well, I gave myself 7 units of #fiasp for my chips earlier and had this one cocktail and then stuck to vodka and diet coke, but now need more chips! I never realised how low sugars went with alcohol and I'm so thankful for my #freestylelibre as I never used to check and it could have been so dangerous! Today's @hellofreshuk was the crispy chicken with noodles, which was nice but a little on the large side and not as tasty as yesterday's apple and pork burger...swipe right for the rest of today's meals 🙊 not so in line with my low carb rest day but sometimes you just have to eat all the carbs!!
