“Unfortunately, our American colleagues and their allies still want to do business solely on the basis of issuing ultimatums and do not want to listen to the views of other centers of world politics,”
The words of Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov in an annual press conference yesterday, heavily berating the U.S for President Donald Trump’s stance on the Iran nuclear deal. President Trump demanded that Iran fix “terrible flaws” in the 2015 deal otherwise the US will pull out of it.
Lavrov said that threats from Washington had destabilized the world by “aggravating tensions”. More specifically, Lavrov said that the US is trying to “ basically change the language” of the ‘deal’—referring to the US lifting sanctions on Iran in exchange for a halt to its nuclear program.
The Russian Foreign Minister warned that Moscow would not support this demand from Washington, criticizing the US saying,(The Americans)” resort to methods that are, largely, questionable and unscrupulous, in order to contain their competitors,”
“They use a number of these methods, from deploying a global missile defense system to unilateral sanctions, to the extraterritorial use of their own legislation or threats to resolve any international problems solely according to their own scenario.”
While seemingly respecting Trump’s “assertive” nature, Lavrov sees the US’ demands as “deplorable” and doubts Washington’s ability to hold to international agreements.
Iranian Supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has claimed that attempts by foreign powers to gain hold of recent democratic protests across the country have failed.⠀
Leaders in the Islamic Republic have been claiming for weeks now that local unrest is due to countries in Europe and the United States. “Once again, the nation tells the US, Britain, and those who seek to overthrow the Islamic Republic of Iran from abroad that ‘you’ve failed, and you will fail in the future, too.'” Khamenei's twitter feed stated. ⠀
The Revolutionary Guards of Iran backed up Khamenei's statements, also announcing that protests influenced by foreign saboteurs were all but snuffed out. At least 1,000 people have been arrested at a result of the government crackdown. ⠀

Will we let a few fools ruin the lives of millions? Will we let this rotting system continue its path of destruction? Will we let our voices be ignored?
I say enough. I say listen to me. I say no to nuclear. I say no to corruption. I say no to you ruining my future and our children’s future for your own selfish desires.
Your system is broken. Your economic values have become obsolete. You continue to control our resources, our education and our businesses without our say.
And you continue to ignore me. You stubbornly continue with your devastating, greedy ways.
I will fight you, with all that I am. I will bring back humanity with compassion, justice and consciousness.
I remember what it means to be human. You do not. #notonuclear#dontnuketheclimate#brokensystem#consciousness#strikeback#zumamustfall#nucleardeal#amandla
Dr. Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Head of the Iranian negotiating team:
I am hopeful, however, that wisdom will prevail and the international community will support the successful implementation of the JCPOA. We need to make sure that the JCPOA will shine on the world of international diplomacy as a beacon of hope for those believing in the art of diplomacy and negotiations.
И на нашу долю пряников привалило - в банкирско-шоколадной Швейцарии прошёл #первыйрусскийбал "Сокровища России". #Ядерноеплатье оказалось очень кстати. Во всех смыслах, так как бал устроили в Бо Риваже, где подготовили иранскую ядерную сделку // First Russian Ball in Switzerland "Treasures of Russia" in Beau Rivage, in the very room where P5+1 and Iran negotiated #nucleardeal
The Iranian supreme leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, described United States President Donald Trump as “foul mouthed" and “suffering from retardation” in a speech to Iranian academia and intellectual elite while visiting an Iranian academy. The supreme leader claimed that the President and his team were, “Suffering from retardation because they do not understand the developments in Iran and the region."⠀
This comes as Mr Trump proceeded with his disavowal of the Iran Deal which limits Iran’s nuclear capabilities and research in return for dropping certain sanctions. ⠀

🇮🇱The U.S. took an important step in decertifying the Iran nuclear deal and the move has garnered praise from some of the country's most important allies. Congress now has 60 days to either "fix" the deal or "nix" it. There are 3 major points that a good deal would address:
A. 'The Sunset Clause:' A good deal would eliminate this clause which, in its current form, provides Iran with sanctions relief by 2025.
B. Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles: Iran must be restricted from developing these weapons which are configured to carry nuclear warheads.
C. Inspections: It is widely believed that inspections of Iranian nuclear sites have been a farce thus far and that Iran has other nuclear facilities that it has not made known to international inspectors.
God I don't wanna judge you but what you were thinking that goddamn day you created that duck head
I think he's the worst thing has ever created😭😭😭
What's the point of him for God's sake?😪 #nucleardeal#iran#trump#persiangulf#USA
WASHINGTON: Following President Donald Trump's decision to decertify the Iranian Nuclear Deal, German Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel has come out criticizing the move. ⠀
“My big concern is that what is happening in Iran, or with Iran from the U.S. perspective, will not remain an Iranian issue but many others in the world will consider whether they themselves should acquire nuclear weapons too, given that such agreements are being destroyed,” Gabriel said in a radio interview.⠀
But Gabriel wasn't the only one with things to say.⠀
The EU’s foreign policy chief, Federica Mogherini, came out during a press conference in Brussels in a sharp rebuke of the choice and even challenged its validity. ⠀
“More than two years ago, exactly in July 2015, the entire international community welcomed the results of 12 years of intense negotiations on the Iran nuclear program,” Mogherini said, adding: “It is not a bilateral agreement. It does not belong to any single country. And it is not up to any single country to terminate it. It is a multilateral agreement, which was unanimously endorsed by the United Nations Security Council.”⠀
