My meditation word every day this week is "ONE." I have too much clutter in my life so I will be focusing on that June 19-25 with the goal of releasing unnecessary mental and physical baggage while gaining massive clarity.
I have 8,005 emails on my computer; 2,611 photos on my phone; 10 piles of papers in my office; not enough time; unnecessary things and messy places inside and outside our house; and too much work.
As this ONE project winds down, I am committing to letting go of ALL of that. I will walk a labyrinth daily and I will live mindfully. I will work efficiently and my creativity will flourish. My brain will be sharper. And by Sunday night, I will be ONE.
I'll re-post this every day to update you on my progress and I'll delete things as I get through my list above.
Today (6/24) is all about finding ONE in the middle of it all. In spite of a dizzy bizzy day, I'm taking lots of deep breaths and focusing on one thing at a time. Slowing down isn't easy but it feels good!
