Just a friendly reminder to all new and current clients.
1. Credit/Debit Cards are required to book/hold an appt
2. If you are 10mins late or more you will be charged a $15 late fee. No exceptions that means you are in the chair and ready for your services, not just walking in or getting out of your car
3. Less than a 24hr notice to cancel or reschedule your appt you will be charged $15
4. No Show and you will be charged 100% of all services scheduled
5. NO Children or minors are allowed inside of the suite. You will be asked to reschedule and may be subject to a late reschedule fee of $15.
These policies and procedures are sent to you via email 24hrs prior to your appointment. I hold all my clients accountable just as I hold myself accountable. I understand things may happen or come up but I work strictly by appt only and I dedicate my time and attention to you during your appt. This is not a place for children as I want you to be relaxed and I need to focus on giving you the best possible service. There are lots of sharp implements, chemicals and expensive equipment in my studio. Thank you for understanding and being the best clients out there. If you do not agree with my policies and procedures then I am not the nail tech for you. No hard feelings and nothing personal. This is strictly business.
