I present to you, THE 100$ PHÓ !!! Like if eating phó at least once a day wasnt enough, @octopus_pryme and l treated ourselves to the 100$ bowl of phó at @anansaigon !
We had the honor and privilege to be served and have every detail of our dinner explained by Peter Cuong Franklin, the creator le this masterpiece, chef and owner of the restairant. After wich he showed us the kitchen, introduced us to his chef and staff, then invited us to the bar for a tasting of 3 desserts and a rhum based digestif drink.
Worth every dollar spent! The flavours and richness in every bite was exquisite!
The dish is broken down in detail to perfection.
Original broth transformed into a consommé, low temp slow cooked egg in broth with fresh shaved truffles, USDA prime ribeye, truffle dipping paste, handmade rice noodle, brisket, rib, tongue, meatballs, tendon and sirloin.. I highly recommend if phó is your thing! Wont find better!
He is also the creator of the 100$ banh my you can also find at his restaurant! There is a 24h notice for these dishes to be given if you want to try them!
