On left one of 16 yr olds who just trains coz she can n wants to. Been with me since she was 12. On right one of ex teens who is back on holiday after year 1 at USA university on golf scholarship. One for fun one for sports performance. This is a serious power exercise n not for most ppl. On left it's been plenty of dead lift n squat variations n cleans n training methods to prep her so she can create this fun factor. She was pretty stoked. On right her exercise is not necessarily transferable to golf. But that wasn't the point. Her transfer of power to golf through the nerve-muscle excitement n her fascia along with us improving her hamstring flexibity. Most of us work an 8 hour job or 12 hour hour job and some of us work even more than that. Don't come home and sleep it away or slave it away doing chores. Sleep can wait and so can the chores ( ask your family to help and get it done faster) always find time to have fun to laugh to smile to feel the sun! Work towards your dream! Go to the gym! Increase your running time! Dance!!!!! Tomorrow is not promised love life and live it🙏🏻💖

The interesting thing about a Vinyasa practice is the rather extreme voices that may go off in our minds. At one moment we could feel complete liberation, peace, ease. The next, fear, anxiousness, pressure, dozens of voices shouting within our own bodies. But we always come back to a state of feeling complete. This is what Savasana is to me; a sweet gentle reminder that we are complete from beginning to end, life to death, inhale to exhale, ease to fear, light and dark. Each breath you take and send out leaves an impact on this Earth. It is your choice what that impact does and reveals. .
