Back in Melbourne! Happy to be home, but already missing the amazing European food... Here's one of my final breakfasts out in Italy. I chose the pancakes! Maybe because it reminded me a little of Melbourne... 🥞
(Whole organic pancakes layered with banana and berries) there were also little tubs of jam, honey & maple syrup so you could choose what you drizzled over the top.
Super sweet but the actual pancakes were very wholesome and had a great flavour of their own and I loved the choice of condiments to add - delicious! 😊😊😊 _______________________________________________________

La receta que no falla:
👉🏻 1 huevo
👉🏻 1/2 banana
👉🏻 1/4 taza de salvado de avena
👉🏻 el trío infalible: esencia de vainilla, edulcorante y polvo de hornear
Opcional: coco rallado
Proceso todo y lo llevó a sarten o panquequera de telón ( previamente rociada con aceite en spray) . 2 minutos de cada lado.
