I often get asked my workout routine so here's what I do. Disclaimer, it's not a one size fits all!
I workout 5 days a week. I typically lift all five days and do a split routine, about two body parts a day. My favorite combos are:
✖️ Bi's and Tri's
✖️ back and Chest
✖️ Core and Full Body or Core and Cardio
I always do a 10 minute warmup usually stair stepper or light run.
My lifts are always a mix and I've never reached plateau due to this! I do some exercises low weight, high reps and others high weight low reps depending on the lift. I always add core in to superset with a lift probably 2-3x a workout. And I add #hiit exercises to superset to keep my heart rate up 🔥🔥#faithfullyfitarmy

I told myself I would go back to a bodybuilding style training regime next year, but this lift has left me wanting more. One of the most overlooked muscle building principles that many just don’t understand is the 👉Mind Muscle Connection. The mental aspect makes it seem almost “mythical” however the full lifting process is mostly a mental game. When you’re lifting weight and moving it around, that movement is controlled by your brain, 🧠 the brain sends instructions down into your muscle which tells it to contract resulting in muscle contraction. Now for most people, that contraction is not really focused and what results is mindless lifting with no real muscle growth. So how do we fix this? 💡We need to develop a strong MIND MUSCLE CONNECTION. By improving your Mind Muscle Connection, you increase the number of muscle fibers being recruited and this results in a fully stimulated muscle which = more MUSCLE GAINS.

Had 40min before my 9.30 this morning so pumped out 6 sets of 10 squats
Standing lunges with the bar 6sets 12reps
Dl 4 sets of 10
Leg extension 6 reps x 4 sets with a drop set
Hamstring curl 6reps x 4 sets with a drop set
That’s it 40 min, actually felt really good today to train, head cold has cleared 👌🏼
You don’t have to be in the gym for hrs to get results.

It would be nice if we all had perfect days where we never disappointed ourselves, we only ate healthy nutritious food and we got in some exercise.
But what kind of life is that?
It’s the life of a robot. 🤖
And I’m not a robot. Neither are you. So you will have days where none of those things happen, where you feel like the world is working against you in all that you’re trying to do to live a better, happier life.
Those days do not “make you”. It matters more what you do MOST of the time than what happens for one day. Or maybe even two, three days.
If you let one day be the determinate for the rest of your life, then I guess you didn’t really want it that bad to begin with.
It’s no secret that the things we really really want in life we work hard to get.
I like to use the example of walking as a child. As a kid you really wanted to walk. Some days you fell flat on your face and cried. But you were determined to walk so you worked at it little by little, day by day...until you became that kid that could walk.
And honestly, fitness and healthy eating is no different. You will struggle. You will cry at times because it’s so hard. But it’s not impossible - so you gotta keep going.
And I don’t care what day it is...today is the day you keep going. .
Lemme tell ya, for someone who wasn't feeling the gym today I had a bomb💣 workout🏋🏻♀️ Today I trained chest, bis and tris💪🏻 I honestly hate training triceps so it's best for me to combine them with another muscle. What is your least favorite muscle to train!?👎🏻 #MAKGOTYOURBACK
