I like to hammer out these 4 triceps exercises after a successful chest day! The key to well developed triceps are to hit them from all different angles, so ONLY doing pushdowns wont do the trick!
Exercise 1: Overhead Tricep Extensions with Rope - 15 Reps
Exercise 2: Cable Tricep Kickback - 15 Reps on each arm
Exercise 3: Reverse Grip Medial Head Tricep Extensions - 15 reps each arm (Elbow must be rotated forward to hit the tricep head closest to your torso)
Exercise 4: Bench Dips - Until Failure
*Complete each exercise right after the other for 3 sets, rest 5 minutes in between sets. Thank me now or later because the pump is SERIOUS!! 💪🏽 💥 -

The point is no matter how busy you are, you can still squeeze in a 45-1hr workout! 
The point is, a lot of people make the excuse with time saying they are to busy, or they have other plans or they are just go tired. 
Me being me I workout early morning, afternoons or late evenings because of when I see my clients. 🌟Not Enough Time.....?🌟 Each day you have a choice to use the gym. Depending on how your day goes, how busy you are and how you are feeling. The point is no matter how busy you are, you can still squeeze in a 45-1hr workout! The point is, a lot of people make the excuse with time saying they are to busy, or they have other plans or they are just go tired. Me being me I workout early morning, afternoons or late evenings because of when I see my clients. Also goes to show that if you step out of your comfort zone (even by accident) you will be surprised by what YOU can achieve. Up and out to see a client with upper cross syndrome in her back.  We are working on better movement patterns in daily life, such as standing with the pelvis as neutral as is comfortably possible,  sitting at a desk with the head stacked on top of the shoulders etc.  Today we will be covering gentle yet effective 'thera band' work to strengthen weak and lengthened muscles in her upper back for when she goes to Japan this week.

W sumie to nic wielkiego .... ale myśle że do końca wakacji Zdążę 😜 kolejny tydzień będzie okresem kiedy robię tygodniowe roztrenowanie ponieważ przy obecnej kaloryce i treningach idealnie co 5 tygodni czuje taką potrzebę.... i to nie jest wewnętrzna chęć opierdalania się tylko wysyłane przez organizm sygnały w postaci stanów zapalnych i permanentnego zmęczenia ....😉 Po wyżej uwzględnionym tygodniowym roztrenowaniu przyjdzie czas na kolejnych 5 tygodni podkręcenia tempa... i to będzie najważniejsze 5 tygodni w moim życiu jeżeli chodzi o sport 😜 dlaczego ? Dlatego że wtedy BARDZO DUŻO zmieni się w wyglądzie .... mam nadzieje że na lepsze oczywiście 🙈😂 będzie mniejsza kaloryka więcej aktywności wiec pewnie z dnia na dzień wszystko się będzie zmieniać 👍Jest jeszcze sporo do zawalenia lecz jestem dobrej myśli ! W tej chwili wbrew obiegowym opiniom moja redukcja i zapotrzebowanie (to obecne oczywiście ) składa się z 55 % węglowodanów .... 😁 No ale jak wielu zapyta ?
