I train a lot of females (no idea why) 😂 but I really enjoy it, it has allowed me to broaden my horizons I have to do constant research and try all these new things so I can apply them to my clients training programmes!
You will notice she brings her toes up off the ground that is so she keeps all her weight in her heels, her feet are slightly pointed outwards to externally rotate the femur allowing for better glute activation and she is not locking out her legs so we keep constant tension on the glutes!
The KB SWINGS at the end are just to make sure we get a good burn through the glutes, she is just using her hips and by doing that she is really having to squeeze the glutes to get maximum power 🍑

When I left 24 Hour Fitness to work at a Pilates studio in Newport Beach.
I helped him train and run his first marathon when he was probably in his late 50's. I found out last year he's since run a bunch more marathons and in multiple states around the country.
