As a personal trainer I often workout with people recovering from injuries. So I need to adjust the pt lesson to their special physical situation. My dad told me today that he is has had always been a ‘worry man’. As a family, we grew up so worried  about what others think and trying to keep up with the Jones. 
Contradictorily, I have learnt to break through and simply doing my own thing and my dad is proud of me. 
I guess the point here is: Be who you are today, aim to be a little bit better tomorrow. Do it your own and don’t worry about a thing what others think. Your Only Limit Is You! ------------------------------------------~~~~Every bit of me did not want to get in the pool today. It took me convincing myself to get to the parking lot of the gym, then I killed at least 10 minutes just sitting in my car, having a million reasons to just leave....anyone else have these training days??? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~We all do!! Some days you have to talk yourself into it and some days you do need to know when to call it a rest day! 
As athletes we know how to push, we're not always the greatest at listening when our bodies need rest. Did you know it gives us warning ⚠️ signs?? What warning signs are you ignoring?? So many external factors effect our training from sleep, stress, overtraining, not doing proper recovery and so much more!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~It took some pep talking, but I got in finally. It felt good to cruise through the water. I'm always glad I did it when I’m done!

Start Date : January 8th
Cost : $120 (Paid weekly, monthly, or in full via PayPal, cash, transfer or debit)
Prize : The medal, T-Shirt, Supplement & Cash Prize (% of participants)
The Process :
Complete training program via app and record workout results, weigh ins, measurements, food diary, cardio & additional custom workouts (freestyle) for a weekly score. After 12 weeks the program is complete and the highest score wins the prize and first ever Summer Shred Champion.
Weekly Schedule :
MONDAY : 
Weigh in and record weight, body fat % and also take measurements. 
Complete Upper Body Power Workout
TUESDAY : 
Rest Day, Feel Free to perform any additional workouts here. Cardio / Abs as a recommendation.
WEDNESDAY : 
Quads / Hamstrings / Calves workout to be completed.
Cardio workout to be completed.
THURSDAY :
Chest / Shoulders / Triceps workout to be completed
FRIDAY : 
Back / Biceps / Abs workout to be completed
SATURDAY : 
Lower Body Power workout to be completed.
SUNDAY : 
Rest Day, Feel Free to perform any additional workouts here. Cardio / Abs as a recommendation.

Training Style :
As you will be performing exercises in both lower and higher rep ranges, it has been designed so that the workouts are separated into “power” days and “hypertrophy” days respectively. The rationale behind this is that you will get more ‘bang for your buck’ so to speak if you focus on lifting for either maximal strength or to induce muscular hypertrophy within a given training session.
For those that completed Muscle Mass you will be most familiar with the hypertrophy days.
The big difference between summer shred and muscle mass is the emphasis on nutrition and integration of myfitness pal that will be discussed further following sign ups and lead up to the start date.
