January 2016 / Tandag, Philippines!! 🇵🇭This view is minutes from my mom's hometown house. As cute as some of them look, it's mind blowing to think how people can live so simply in other countries while in the states we're worried about upgrading iPhones every other year... I think the best part about traveling is how it humbles you and makes you realize just how much you take for granted! #begrateful
Thankful for an awesome guide/syokoy for taking multiple videos & photos of me running after the sardines in Moalboal! Can definitely cross this off my bucket list! #WhenWithFilipinos#CebuYAS#throwback
A juvenile trevally seeks cover in a night sea as it rides a drifting leaf. We lowered a scaffold of light into the dark currents in a deep channel off Moalboal, Philippines and waited to see what swam into our view. Many creatures from the depths rise to feed at night, some are attracted by the light, others liked this little trevally were just passersby trying desperately not to be noticed by predators.

Good morning! 🌞 Late post. Rediscovering our neighborhood. It feels so weird to me that this peaceful, coastal fishing village on stilts is just a 10-15 minute drive from our house now--but I love it! 😍 We took the C5 extension road by our village and got to Cavite in 25 minutes! Wow, I wish all weekday drives were like this 💗 #roadtrip#Manila#Philippines
