Comer pipoca antes de dormir trás benefício que você nem imagina, porque ela é rica em um aminoácido chamado triptofano, que é um dos responsáveis pela sensação de "bem-estar" que sentimos. Por coincidência do destino, a serotonina (participa do processo de sono e humor. Quando estamos com a serotonina baixa, é comum termos depressão) é construída pelo triptofano. Sendo assim, é altamente indicado comer pipoca antes de dormir (mas não na cama né). .
E não vale ser aquelas pipocas industrializadas hein, pega um pacote de milho e coloca na panela mesmo. Natural é mais gostoso! .

Today, Day 20 of the #yogagirlchallenge was all about moving with loving kindness for my body.
I could not have picked a better class for that then @pilates_unicorn and her Big and Wide mat class on @pilatesanytimeus AMAZING.
It was exactly what I needed. To embrace the width, the fullness of all of me. The magic of feeling the connection and the grounding of embracing every inch of who you are and moving from there.
It was an active day with a hike and a walk and this class allowed me to be so grateful for this body.
