Nothing feels good like good health, being in shape, fit and slim, its beats an 80million positive bank balance when you are unhealthy, fat as hog and sick. Now i really get it that health is wealth, to paraphrase W Clement Stone when he said i feel healthy, i feel happy and i feel terrific. Most people lose their health while trying to earn money then try to use that money later to buy back their health, even steve jobs billion's couldn't buy him his health back. Anyways Now that i understand how the human body works ill never be chubby or fat again or sick again. I also learned that a human stomach is as big as a clinched first, no more over eating, also learned eating food groups and not mixing food, which ends up poisoning the body, i think intermittent fasting is still the best habit to develop, the habit of eating once a day. But if you are an emotional eater who graze on food to medicate you wont master it. Plus i learned that i have a soul and a mind too, so i cant live on food alone, i need good books, need to nurture my soul with spiritual food, feed my mind too, so i can live a balanced life in an optimised body. No more slavery to bodily lusts, self abuse and extremes. I dont know if am successful but i know that am happy cos thats how i feel everyday. And its very cheap, you dont need drugs, alcohol, smoking, shopping on credit buying things you cant afford or dont need, no need to manipulate emotions, you just love life and live life to the fullest. Gibt es eigentlich irgendetwas (und es kann noch so banal sein), was ihr unbedingt lernen wollt? Ich interessiere mich seit ca. 2 Jahren für Fotografie und Bildbearbeitung und möchte das jetzt unbedingt noch besser lernen 😊💪🏽
Surround Yourself with Confident People
This doesn’t just mean adding people to your life. It means choosing to remove people who bring out negativity in you.
I have this friend.
And I honestly can’t tell you why we are friends aside from the fact that we’ve known each other for so long. It always seems like everything in her life is always falling apart. But this is because that is how she portrays it.
If you ask her how her day’s been, her automatic response will be to tell you every single thing that has gone wrong in the past week or two weeks and how awful her immediate future looks.
Good things happen for her and you can physically see her bracing herself for them to fall apart.
It never fails, I am probably the first person she calls anytime her negativity catches up with her. Namely, because I will listen to her whine. But then I always tell her the truth and then call her out for being so negative.
The downside to listening to her whine is that her negativity bleeds into me. I literally have to get up and go for a run to burn it all off. .
If I don’t, then I will be stuck in a rut for days.
There are a lot of people in the world like this. If you allow enough of them into your life, then your outlook will become a bleak one.
Do your best to distance yourself from these people. You don’t have to remove them, just don’t spend every day surrounded by them.
And if you must spend time with them, do what I do and find a counteractive measure that will help re-center your focus.
