The most common resolutions are to exercise more, lose weight, and eat more healthily. Those are all great things to do for ourselves and our health. So why do most people fail to keep those resolutions for even two months? 🤔
It is common to choose goals that are so big and ambitious - lose 50 pounds, go from never exercising to working out hard every day, give up sugar or alcohol or . . . That we are set up for failure from the very beginning! 😢
