More ramen bowls! Less extensive as the first ones I made a couple weeks ago, but just as good.
The two pictures are basically the same thing, but just different colored peppers and made on different days. As you can maybe tell I am obsessed now and make them days in a row haha. They are so simple and sooooo healthy.
Boil a pot of water.. enough water for how ever many servings you want. Chop veggies. Anything you want, but I did onion, bell peppers, kale, and mushrooms. Once the water is boiling, add all veggies, boullion, and spices. Boil for 10 mins. Add udon noodles, boil for another 5 mins. Add cilantro to the top and you're done! So good 😍
