What do I recommend?
I will always recommend the body’s own natural way which is not ICE! Let me explain.
I don’t recommend (R)est, (i)ce, (C)ompression, (E)levation. Rest will lead to weakness and may disrupt balance and body positioning. Also compression can shut down blood flow to the area. If we use traction which will release the pressure and movement this will then encourage blood that is rich in healing factors, such as oxygen and white & red blood cells.
Ice did you say? Don’t use ice use heat. The key in which want to do is increase blood flow to heal the area and this is where we need rich blood. By using ice you are in fact slowing the whole healing process down.
Since studying and looking into the human body a lot more recently I will always recommend (M)ovement, (E)levation, (T)raction & (H)eat. For the reason above this is why I would recommend the opposite to RICE.
I am wanting to go further with this topic but without over doing it. I have personally changes this text over 6 times to ensure it reads right. So keep coming back daily to find out more information.

Check out busy mom and wife Patty and how she is THRIVING AND WINNING!
My name is Patty Dane, from Ohio, momma to 7-year-old Twincesses and a 3-year-old, 28 years old, married for 9 years, obsessively grateful Thriver, and this is my 2-year updated Thrive Experience.
2 years ago, I took my First Day of Thrive.
Today, I took my 730th Day of Thrive. •2 years ago... I felt so energized that I actually put makeup on to start my day (that never happened!) •Today, I feel more confident in my own skin than I’ve ever been in my life. •2 years ago, I genuinely smiled for this picture because for the first time in a long time, I had HOPE. •Today, I smile bigger than I ever have because that HOPE turned into a blessing that I’ve been able to share with SO MANY. •2 years ago, I hoped that this would be something that helped me feel BETTER. •Today, my life has been completely changed! I have energy that lasts all day long, mental clarity is really a thing and it’s awesome! My general aches and discomforts have calmed, I’m down 30 pounds, I feel 10 years younger (and I’m about to be 29!), my immune system is stronger, my digestive system is back on track, and I sleep better than a baby! •2 years ago, I joined a FREE opportunity to start a business because of the financial strain we were in and the products were simple. 2 capsules on an empty stomach, a yummy Lifestyle Mix 20 minutes later, and my adorable DFT. •Today, my business is still FREE, my products have been FREE for 23 months, I’ve earned a monthly AutoBonus for 12 months, and I’ve earned 3 paid for trips, all out of the country! I lost absolutely nothing and gained more than I could ever imagine. •2 years ago, I embarked on this Journey because I was selfish, and wanted something for myself for once. I always gave everything I had to my job and everyone else, that there was nothing left for my family nor me. I was beyond exhausted, drained, and tired. •Today, I am proud to say that my family gets the BEST OF ME, not what’s left of me.

🔥 Fire-Cupping involves soaking a cotton ball in alcohol . The cotton is then clamped by a pair of forceps and lit with a match or lighter. The flaming cotton ball is then , in one fluid motion , placed into the cup , then removed and the cup is placed on the skin 👌🏾. Fire heats inside of the cup and a small amount of suction is created by the air cooling down again and contracting .
ℹ️ Cupping is much like the inverse of massage - rather than applying pressure to muscles, it uses gentle pressure to pull them upward. For most patients, this is a particularly relaxing and relieving sensation. The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping loosens muscles, encourages blood flow, and sedates the nervous system .

Climate change is a cumbersome issue of risk management across a spectrum of political, cultural and economic practices, mores and ideologies. The apocalyptic discourse that some commentators devise are not necessarily false future scenarios but are not always helpful in the process of risk and resource management. They can consume time, morale, make the problem seem more abstract and impossible to tackle. This detracts a concerted focus away from key incremental steps required to mitigate the future climate, whilst adapting to changing baselines and thresholds in the present. Climate change must continue to be treated as a global risk management exercise, the greatest there has ever been. It is well established that poorer regions, Small Island Developing States, low lying coastal communities, and countries of the global south will be disproportionately affected as there are systemic issues of inequality and poverty which increase their exposure and reduce their elasticity to substantial biophysical shifts. Their limited political clout and capital on the world stage, combined with often limited, lightweight and fragmented infrastructure makes the ability to bounce back from physical changes such as flooding and desertification very difficult. We are all vulnerable to the effects of climate change. In rich countries their is the revenue, resources and ability to research new technologies and implement new strategies but in less fortunate areas this is not the case. Vulnerability is augmented by human and physical factors and richer countries must subsidise poor countries in their struggle to hold back the effects, that we, the rich have inadvertently been centuries long, responsible for. Displacement of people from overwhelmed areas in the future is something we need to plan for, on a moral and neighbourly level but also to manage resources across the world. #climatejustice#climatechange#refugees#equality#justice#culture#adapt#trade#aid#relief#charity#ngo#politics#science#conservation#global#power#democracy#vulnerability
Brad was getting migraines and a horrible nausea twice a week for the last 1.5 years.
He also had been suffering with low back and mid back stiffness and pain for years, he has been coming in for his Chiropractic Adjustments for just over one month.
In that time his migraines and nausea have gone completely and his back is moving so much better.
It's amazing what the body can achieve when the spine and nervous system is able to work effectively.
Help your body achieve true health by using Chiropractic and not always reaching to medications to cover symptoms.
