| THIS WAS THE MOMENT MY LIFE CHANGED |
#fbf to Nov. 2015, to the moment that changed my entire life. Back then I didn’t understand why I was losing everything...or at least it felt that way. My health got so bad that I couldn’t leave my house, I couldn’t go to work, I couldn’t do any physical activity, and I didn’t know who to turn to for help. All I could do was pray. I prayed and prayed for guidance. Then one day, I just had enough, I lost all hope, and I literally laid on the floor and wholeheartedly prayed to God to please, help me.
I kid you not, as soon as I gathered myself grabbed my phone, looked at FB and a sponsored ad came up. It was an article written by @goop about Anthony William the @medicalmedium and how he wrote a book on mystery illnesses. At that very moment I felt like God heard me and answered my prayers.
Right at that moment my life completely changed. I learned the root cause of all my symptoms, I learned how to heal from it, and I was able to find a wonderful loving community that has supported me along the way. In addition to that, my faith has strengthened, I have cleansed my soul, and new opportunities regarding my career have been offered.
So I just wanted to share One huge lesson I have learned. I now know that God definitely had plans for me in the future, even though it felt like I had lost everything at that moment. I have also learned to really give up control and to leave my life in God’s hands. For he is the only one that knows what my future holds.
(P.S. I believe in God but.....know that you can believe or have faith in any other power higher then yourself. The message is the same, all you need to do is just replace God’s name with your choice of higher power)
Keep having faith in yourself and in the process....and truly know that we can and we will 🌟HEAL🌟

Dinner for 2 ❤️ at @kagawaya.udon 🍜 . We love the udon noodles and their selections of fried foods not to mention tempura 😋!!! I gave this place 7.5 because i think 🤔 it is quite pricey for a food court kind of food. If you’re an udon lover, you’ll gonna love this place!

I never really cared about where spices came from🙄—but! recently, I am fascinated and spices are giving me a real lesson in history.
Believe it or not…We have used cinnamon for 4000 years! It was once so popular that it was considered a treasure💎…Here’s a little excerpt explaining the depth of how desirable and in-demand cinnamon was: “Around 1518, Portuguese traders discovered cinnamon at Ceylon, present-day Sri Lanka, and conquered its island kingdom of Kotto, enslaving the island’s population and gaining control of the cinnamon trade for about a century until the Ceylon kingdom of Kandy allied with the Dutch in 1638 to overthrow the Portuguese occupiers. The Dutch defeated the Portuguese but held the kingdom in their debt for their military services, so once again Ceylon was occupied by European traders, handing the cinnamon monopoly over to the Dutch for the next 150 years. Ceylon then was taken over by the British in 1784 after their victory in the fourth Anglo-Dutch War, but by 1800, cinnamon was no longer an expensive, rare commodity, as it had begun to be cultivated in other parts of the world, and other delicacies such as chocolate and cassia, which has a flavor similar to cinnamon, began to rival it in popularity.” (source: history.com)
Funny how our spices sit so quietly in our pantries and in our masala dabbas holding onto many many stories..
