Today’s magic number is 23.
So proud of my client who in the past 10 weeks has lost 23lbs of bodyfat and 23 inches off her body. Absolutely fabulous results but only achieved because she has listened, learnt and applied her newfound understanding of health and wellbeing. Her training programme has put mental well-being and understanding of nutrition first and her physical training second.
Every day she has had a positive outlook towards her goal, kept things simple and asked questions when she needed support.
What I’m most impressed about this lady is that despite having two small children and a job which involves a lot of travel she has worked around this to achieve her goals. Another month until she is back in a swimsuit and well on her way to getting back to excellent health.
When I first met this client she lived off sugar and that is not a lie- 3 sugars in a cup of tea amounted to over 10 kilos in sugar per year, starting the day with a cupcake and finishing it with a carb heavy meal followed by Maltese’s and a glass of wine. We did her bloods and as suspected she had low vitamin D and B12, compromises liver function and heading towards type2 diabetes. We will repeat bloods in the new year and I cannot wait to see the transformation.

There's a difference between "interest" and "commitment"! When you are interested, you do things when it's convenient. When you are committed, you accept no excuses, ONLY RESULTS!
Now I ask you.... why during this time are you not changing? Why are you not training? Many good sport teams are playing amazing the 1st 3 quarters and lose in the end. It's not how you start, it's how you finished. THERE'S NO NEED FOR NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS IF YOU ARE FINISHING STRONG! DECEMBER IS THE 4TH QUARTER!
Why wait til January to have resolutions and goals? Half way through the month and I have been sticking with my goals let's see if I continue kicking ass!

⚡️Mental Health & Physical Health⚡️ Let me ask you something... How many of you have dealt with a tough past? Who else has had to dig deep when things got hard in their life? I know many of you can relate and I would love to hear some of your stories👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
I dealt with mental health issues quietly for quite a long time. I'm not sure if I started experiencing difficulty when my parents split, but I can remember that was the first time I felt out of place in the world. I dealt with confusion, depression, weight gain and I thought everything happening was all my fault. It's hard to explain and although many of you may have a much different past, I know so many out there can relate to that unexplainable, awful feeling. 💥
Let me get one thing straight, I'm not looking for any kind of sympathy by any means. I write this hoping to reach at least a few people out there who are going through shit in their lives. You're not alone. Your existence matters very much. More people can relate to what you're going through than you may think. Make SMALL CHANGES in your life to help with happiness and your overall health and you will undoubtably start feeling a little better about yourself. The key is to ride those small waves of positivity and over time you'll see yourself start to change as a person. 💥
I 100% value everything I've been through, good AND bad, because those experiences have shaped my character. Be proud of who you are and who you've become. There's no changing the past but the future is full of new tomorrows. #transformationtuesday

I’m on my way to train legs. I train legs 3x a week(2 muscle groups every other day).
Currently, powered by megawatt from @1stphorm to help me with an extra boost today to kill my leg workout💪🏼.
I tend to get lazy in the afternoon since I’m not an afternoon person and megawatt is such a life saver since it gives me that extra boost that I need.
My morning people where are you guys at? I can’t wait to start training again in the morning when my schedule gets back to normal.
