Pointers - it is inappropriate to ask someone who makes a living at something for free advice and educating. Many of us have tens of thousands of dollars invested and hundreds of hours of studying and developing our skillset. If you are too lazy to look things up for yourself I imagine you are too lazy to do my workouts so I won't waste valuable time there and will move on to someone who shows more interest and dedication to help. I'm not trying to be mean but I get literally dozens of texts, emails, dm's, etc weekly with people wanting free training, free educating, or free advice. I really love what I do but not enough to do it free and definitely not at the expense of my kids. If I have to be broke I will be broke on my couch. Not because I did too much free work. Be courteous in what you ask and how you use someone's time if they are nice enough to give it to you....

Today this guy literally added 30 kgs to his back squat. Last year November he managed a 130 kg PB.☝🏾☝🏾☝🏾
Today he hit a solid 160 kgs. That coupled with adding 5kgs to his bench makes this a very good start to max week💣💣💣

Excited to announce the official logo of my new venture and business FOOD4YOU. I will be creating a fb and instagram page where you can place orders and seek information. Also pleased with all the interest that's generated and the reps I wished to have on my team. Meals won't be ready to launch til next week at the earliest. I've spent 8-10months putting effort into this and again from an entrepreneur perspective if you have an idea and want to pursue it make it happen! Trial and error is the best way, and listening and observing from my POV. I've posted earlier 2x trial menus which I will be testing and seeing feedback from customers whether they stand or change. If anyone has questions or queries feel free to ask and DM them. The main goals of this is to change our countries eating habits as we are the 3rd most obese country per capita. Fast foods are way too easy and available at such a cheap price that I aim to help contribute to my customers and clients healthy eating and enjoy it. This isn't for "gym people" it's for everyone. Why will knowing your maintenance calories help you to lose weight?
Knowing the number of calories you require each day to maintain your current bodyweight is probably the most important step in the weight management process.
Online calorie calculators will use your weight, age, height, gender and levels of activity to give you an estimate of your maintenance calories. It should be noted that this is just a guide, but does provide a good starting point. Try mytdee.com
We know that the only way weight loss will occur is if there is a calorie deficit (burning more calories than you are taking in).
When you establish your maintenance calories, you have the option to create this deficit by increasing your physical activity, by decreasing your caloric intake, or a combination of both.
