The human body never ceases to amaze me and how it adapts so well to different training/stimuli.
I have just completed 8 weeks of training from my first ever triathlon on Monday, which is as far from the normal training I do as possible. I have managed to improve in all 3 disciplines even though I have refused to give up my heavy lifting as well.
So in 8 weeks I have improved 11% on my swim, 11% on my ride and 14% run. 🏊🏼🚴🏼🏃🏼 I'm fairly pleased with that without any real triathlon structured training. Now it just remains to be seen if my back will behave on Monday and allow me to complete it without seizing up! 🙏🏼

Oh, and guess who finished university today FOREVER?! ME! I can't quite believe it's been 3 years and it definitely hasn't sunk in! To celebrate, me and my boyfriend are off to have a few G&Ts (my absolute fave ❤) and eat nachos and enchiladas...what more could you want?
I also had a very successful push day in the temporary gym so was totally feeling the pump that you can see 👆
