Back and biceps on day 15 💥 Some things I learnt today: 1) its okay to not be the best at what I do. I'm still a complete amateur in a lot of ways, and that's okay! I'm here to learn, and then one day be one of the best. Learning some training things from my brother was kind of hard on my ego during my workout, but I got over it, and I'm glad. 2) Keeping your thumbs over the bar during the lat-pulldown is so much better for scapular engagement! 3) There's no way I can reach my weight loss goals by the time this challenge is over, BUT i'm getting leaner each day. I expect to reach my goal of leanness to completely get rid of #PCOS and reach a whole new fitness level by the time I'm 19 (2 1/2 more months). 4) Somedays, you will be insecure about your body. Today is one of those days. It's okay. Just love yourself, and take care of yourself more on those days. You're powerful. You're beautiful. Keep slaying. ITS FRIDAY! 💯👇🏻
As I take a step back to reflect on this week I’m happy with the little progress that I made, but still a little disappointed because I know that I could have done better and there was more progress that could have been made had my diet been a little bit better. But instead of letting that get me discouraged or down, Now I just take the time to set a game plan for next week so that this doesn’t happen again! My diet should be no issue for next week with my @212mealprep order coming in on Monday. But now i just have to make sure I set new goals, put my head down, get focused, and be consistent in and out of the gym!
If you haven’t set some goals then take this weekend as a time to make some, get focused and ready to crush them for the week to come! ALSO, take this as a lesson learned that not every week is going to be great, not every training session is going to insane, you just have to use that as fuel for your 🔥 to work even harder the next week!
