Tip of the day: For building size and maturity in your arms, two things- 1. Have a good ratio of sodium to potassium in your diet. Dark green leafy/cruciferous vegetables have done wonders for my vascularity and actually just muscular density. 2. Focus on the NEGATIVE of your movements for iso lifts like curls and tricep work (skullies/cables/DB work). Control the weight and the negative portion and explode out of it without cheating. Maybe go a little lighter in weight and really feel the movement in your muscle. Your point A to point B mentality should be saved for your big lifts like deads, squats, bench, and military.
