What's everyone's opinions on cold water immersion with endurance sports such as boxing?
My opinion is if you are doing lots of competition bouts such as amateur boxing during titles. You would maybe have 4 fights over 4 days. An ice bath between bouts may be beneficial so the individual feels better for next fight. For a professional boxer like trainer/owner Mick he trains in blocks and focuses on sleep and nutrition for recovery. Please leave thoughts below in comments
