Made a peanut butter cup smoothie after my workout today 😋 Mondays at the gym are back squats. I did 4 sets of 5 reps at 110lb, and the WOD was 3 rounds of 15 toes to bar (I subbed knees to elbows), DB push press 25lb, 5 burpee box jump overs.
