🌼Left: Today is the day mentality to get up and start working out. On this day I was two days away from walking the stage for graduation. I told myself I would be back to visit this tree to feel & see how much we've blossomed. 🌼Right: Today I open my eyes and I am filled with so much gratitude. I see the leaves on the branches.I feel the changes in my mind/body/soul.

Breakfast: 3 egg whites w/ chicken breast. I also added low moisture shredded cheese. 1 cup of strawberries.
Pre workout: Same from my last post CLA & CARNITINE (BPI)
Post workout: Also same as my last post BPI ISO HD Protein shake (smore flavor)
Lunch: Spaghetti (whole wheat pasta) w/ Ground turkey
Snack: Tropical lime salad. I actually got this salad from Kroger & all I did was added the olives.
Dinner: Quesadillas made w/ carb balance tortillas (mission brand) shredded cheese, shredded chicken breast. I also made some pico on the side.
