If you ever feel like there's no one out there who is willing to help, you're wrong. There are so many good people in this world who would give life and limb for you. They would sacrifice anything only for your well being. It doesn't even matter how close to you they are, they genuinely love you. But they just don't know you're hurting. You have to seek help in order to receive it
to help you dig a little deeper when that THING you’re working towards feels far away. •
Who are you surrounding yourself with? Make sure the people in your corner are really in your corner. The people in your corner should help push you to the prize, not drag you back in the ditch! •
Don’t be afraid to take a look at how you’re making it happen? Maybe it’s time to do things a little differently. Your goal can still be the same, but the journey may need to look a little different. Just because it once worked doesn’t mean it will continue to work. Trust the process. •

Always go back to why you started in the first place. Write it down. Post it on your mirror. Speak it out loud 10 times. In the depths of the journey ity’s easy to loose sight of your end result.
Day 48: So, this morning I ate one of my biggest fear foods. I finally ate a cinnamon roll!! #recoverywin Every time that I went to the grocery store, my dad would ask me if I wanted cinnamon rolls and I always said "no, I hate cinnamon rolls" even though that was not true. They just scared me. So, I am beyond proud of myself for that. I also ate Lil Chickies for dinner tonight, too, after I had my last therapy session today. My psychologist told me that I am doing really well, so I am super happy about that. I also drank a chocolate protein drink tonight and was so excited for that.
Anyways, here is what I ate today...
Breakfast: Organic Cinnamon Roll, Apple
Lunch: Vanilla Greek Yogurt with Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, and Oats
Dinner: 1 Buffalo and 1 Classic Lil Chickie (not pictured)
Snack: Trail Mix, Chocolate Protein Drink
I did not exercise today.
