Prime’s 40oz. 21-day dry aged bone-in Ribeye. Now that’s what we call a proper meal. 🍴
The Ribeye is one of the richest, beefiest cuts available. When dry-aging meats, we end up with a complexity of flavor that no cooking method can provide.
Our chips look a bit different, but they are one of the many reasons El Asador is better than the rest of the restaurants around!

Stupid good. I think steakhouses are overrated and therefore we don’t go to them very often, if at all, in the Burris Clan. So that’s why it was so good, because it’s not often. .
But if you ask @leslie__burris and I if we want to go to @lingerdenver with you, we would find a babysitter pronto and be there in 5 mins. .
