These bliss balls are exciting, wholesome, tasty, and a great way to keep your energy up through the day... and really they took no time at all to make!
What's your favourite bliss ball flavour? Would love to know for future creations 👍🏻 Lemon Choc Coconut bliss balls: 🍫🍋🍋
1 1/2 cups almond flour
2 1/2 cups desicated coconut
1 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
The juice and zest of 1 1/2 lemons
3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
3 Tbsp brown rice syrup
1 tsp vanilla
100g 85% dark chocolate, melted
Optional: 4 scoops of vanilla protein powder
Put all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth and sticky. Using a 1/2 Tbsp measure, scoop out the mixture and form into balls. Place on a lined baking tray. Drizzle with dark chocolate and extra desicated coconut. No Bake Mississippi Mud Pie with a hidden health benefit (recipe a few posts back) being demolished. Want some 🙋🏻? Lovely food today. Started with a cacao and coconut chia pudding topped with strawberries. Went for a cuppa with my lovely cousins but only had a chamomile tea 😊 for lunch I broke up some sausages from and scrambled them with eggs and cheese. I only use @riverford eggs as they are the only ones I've found that come from unvaccinated chickens. Then for dinner we made another @madeleine_shaw_ recipe from Ready Steady Glow. This time it was the quinoa, sweet potato and orange stew. I was so chuffed with the result as it was delicious. Bound to be a regular in this house now 😍
Guilt free chocolate mouse anyone!?One of the many scrumptious recipes we'll be doing at the healthy chocolate and puddings workshop this coming Wednesday at Roundtable Cookery! Come along!
TOFU & VEGGIE CURRY 🍛 📝 Para 3 porciones:
-1 bloque de tofu organico de 350gr
-2 dientes de ajo picado
-1 cebolla chica en cubitos chiquitos
-un toque de aceite de coco
-sal baja en sodio #Salkré
-condimentos: 1 cucharadita al ras de cada uno: cúrcuma, curry, jengibre en polvo, canela y un toque de pimienta de cayena
-1 taza de leche veggie (yo usé de coco: licuando coco rallado hidratado en agua tibia toda la noche, filtrado con la bolsa de brotes) -1 puñado de tomates disecados hidratados (en cubitos)
-veggies (pueden usar los que quieran, usé lo q había en casa): hojas de espinaca y zanahoria rallada. 👉 En una olla a fuego bajo poner el aceite, el ajo y cebolla, hasta que empiecen a tomar un leve color. Agregar las especias y dejar cocinar un rato: ojo que no se queme! Ir revolviendo (SIEMPRE: cuchara de madera para ollas con teflón). 👉 Agregar el tofu cortado en cubitos y dorar un toque.
👉 Agregar los veggies restantes y por ultimo la leche de coco.
👉 Tapar y cocinar a fuego bajo. Hasta que la cocina se asemeje a la India 😁👉 Una vez que espesa la mezcla, apagar el fuego y dejar la tapa. Que quede un rato descansando para q se concentren los sabores, servir con lo que más te guste!👏🏻

I mean, 😍 this was another case of leftovers dressed up: leftover sweet potato wedges & mushroom quinoa 'risotto' + arugula, sprouts, beet pickled radishes, hemp seeds, everything seasoning + the aforementioned faves 🙌🏻 #vibrantandpure#vibrantbowl

Your diet is such a big contributor to how you are feeling day in and out. Sugar is a sneaky little one that is in lots of food that you might not even know! 🍎🍦🍫🍷☕ To help my body become aware of what sugar does to it, 😟I'm doing a sugar free month, I'm already day 4 in and can notice the difference.
