It's been a month since I raced in my first Olympic Games! I've taken some time off the past couple weeks and gotten the chance to reflect on my experience in Rio. Overall I am so happy and grateful to have been able to compete healthy and race against the best in the entire world, coming out in the top 10. It also leaves me hungry for more! I still have a ton of work to do in the years to come, but I'm excited for the journey and could not ask for better teammates, coaches, and sponsors to help me get there. Performing on stage, dancing on stage was my dream but fear in me always made me turn down the events I got. My eyes were stuck to the night where I fell down right in front of the audience in Ravindra Kalashektra during my college days. Even when dancing is to tempt me to dance with my friends in parties I use to have knee dislocation and use to get humiliated. I consulted so many doctors the only results I got was bed rest, ice pack, don't dance, knee surgery.
But Today if I have achieved to dance on stage is because of my gym instructor @srinivas_gowda when I shared my knee problem to him he guided with the right exercises. When I could lift 25kgs single leg extension he told me to pursue with my dance. He motivated me to pursue with my dream it's not like after that I haven't fallen but whenever I fall he gives me the confidence to rise up.
When #Suchin Cheorographer (team hotshot) called me up for the event I took it up as a challenge but had the fear inside me. whatever it is "I will face it bravely" was my thought.
Thanks for the wonderful opportunity given by #Network8 event management (Shivu sir and team) having confidence in me.
But god was testing my skills if I was strong or not? If I can hold the show on my shoulders or not? Just before the performance I got to know the pillar, the strength, my grandfather passed away but show must go on.. but taatha again showed me I can stand tall and face the world with smile.

Çözümü ise spordan önce bir miktar acılı turşu suyuymuş:)
Hardal, zencefil, biber, limon gibi acı ve keskin tatların ağız ve yemek borusunda 5 saat kadar süre ile krampa neden olan yanlış sinyallerin yollanmasının önüne geçtiği söyleniyor. Kramplarla başı belada olanlar ufacık bir miktar deneyebilir. Ama siz yine de beslenme uzmanınıza danışın:)
