Yesterday I came across the most delicious looking instagram feed. If you love looking at beautiful healthy and easy to prepare food check out @nicolesdailyeats for some delicious foodie inspiration. I noticed one of her posts about adding zuchinni to a smoothie and today I wanted to give it a try. Love idea of adding vegetables to smoothies but I am not a fan of kale or anything too strong that changes the flavour. Well this was a winner... choc banana berry protein smoothie with zuchinni = delish!

I always have frozen zuchinni pieces in freezer from making zoodles that I use in stock, now they have another use... smoothies! Thanks Nicole, great tip!!!! 😋🥒🍃
Saffron and sage celebration bread. The rolls are delicious but my favourite part of this dish is the double-whammy ginger butter with powdered and glacé ginger. Could eat it by the spoonful.
