REALLY excited about the new program I wrote up. Over the next 8 weeks, I’ll be progressing toward my 2018 goal of a 600# deadlift. I took some time away from heavy lifting after my last competition in 2016...but I’m back!! And more determined than ever!
Click the link in my bio for a great program to build up your strength like never before. It comes with a few bonuses, so don’t miss out! This 3x a week program makes for a great stand-alone or for use on your “open gym” days...

On Sunday morning just before 8:00, Troopers working on Interstate 295 received a complaint that a Gray Chevy Impala was operating erratically in the town of Brunswick. Callers reported the vehicle swerving back and forth from rumble strip to rumble strip heading southbound. Tr. Flanagan intercepted the vehicle a short time later and began pursuing it. The offending vehicle was traveling about 65 MPH and was all over the road almost striking guard rails. Tr. Royle intercepted the pursuit in Falmouth. The operator refused to stop and accelerated reaching speeds of 90 MPH. The offending vehicle exited at mile 10 without stopping and proceeded on to Middle Rd. After determining it was safe to do so and to end this dangerous situation Tr. Flanagan effectively utilized the "PIT" maneuver (Precision Immobilization Technique) at a speed between 35-40 MPH. The offending vehicle spun to a stop. The male driver, 36 year old Brian Woodbury of Litchfield, ME, was taken into custody and transported to the Cumberland County Jail and charged with operating with a revoked license, eluding a police officer and driving to endanger. Woodbury has extensive criminal and traffic history including 49 license suspensions. •••••

The day that you make yourself accountable for everything that happens in your life is the day you empower yourself, the day that everything changes. If something does not go according to your plans, put the responsibility on you, and see how it feels. One of the many keys to success is admitting your weaknesses and taking the blame when it is rightfully yours. We are all humans, imperfect beings that have the ability to learn. It took six years of self discovery, focus, weight loss and muscle gain, diet change, education, heartbreaks and setbacks, little victories and milestones reached to be where I am at today. And no, this is not the end. There is so much room to become better still, so many places yet to discover. Excuses are your worst enemy. Take action, now, because you die every second that you do nothing about it.
