I’m over the moon feeling like myself again. Being able to workout is a blessing. It makes me feel so strong both mentally and physically. WRONG. Guess what?? YOU HAVE A LIVER! If you have a liver, there is NO REASON for you to EVER waste money on a stupid detox tea or juice cleanse. You lose fat by functioning in a caloric deficit and being consistent in the gym, you lose water weight by consuming lots more water and (most often) a little less sodium. The end.

HAHA NO. It’ll strengthen and build your abs UNDER YOUR STOMACH FAT! Sure, build em all you want; but ya won’t see em until you diet.
❌”Eating before bed means all food will be stored as fat.”
Ahaa, wrong again. Sure, you may wake up a little bloated and full, maybe weigh a pound or two more BUT it’s only because the food hasn’t been fully digested yet; IT IS NOT TURNING INTO FAT! This is why I try to finish my food by 7pm🤓

..have you addressed your diet? Have you ACTUALLY DONE WORK in a gym consistently and not dink’d around for an hour? Are you just incapable of getting off your ass and making a change bc you’re just lazy!? If you want it, go get it and stop blaming your metabolism when you really have no clue.

Probably not. There is no “one size fits all” diet. Unsure where to start? Talk with a trust worthy coach or an RD, they’ll guide you in the right direction.

INCORRECT. Again, a caloric deficit and burning cals in the gym partnered with both weight lifting and cardio results in loss. I barely do any cardio; and I do a lot of heavy lifting, & I’ve lost 6lbs since I started prep 🤷🏻‍♀️.
I’ll probably do a part 2, 3... 25 on this because I could go on FOREVER! But I hope this clears some stuff up for some of ya!

1/2 cup lentils
Cumin
Thyme
Oregano 
Turmeric
Garlic
Black pepper
Flax powder

Cook quinoa and lentils, then add seasonings
Make into ball shape, throw em in the oven at 450 for 10 min, then flip and do another 10 min
I used oil, but obvi you don't need to it you got a cool silicone pan or something. I need one.

I also used Pow's green lentil pasta (25g protein!!!) And plain tomato sauce I seasoned with more of the same stuff from the balls.

Topped with a bit of nooch and boom. Delicious. Omnivore approved.

Last night, suddenly something I’ve heard a lot of people say finally made sense to me: to make real change, it takes consistent effort and discipline. The thing is that motivation is like a wave that comes and goes so it’s the effort you put in when your motivation is at it’s lowest that really counts because that’s the time it’s hardest to rally - getting the work done when you’re super motivated is the easy bit. Kitchen Sink #Saag w/ Potatoes, Mushrooms and Lentils 👊💥I threw this together in a hot minute using slightly wilting fresh Spinach and Spring Greens which needed to get used, some leftover roasted potatoes, leftover Cashew Cream and a can of Lentils. I sautéed all of it in a large pan on medium heat and added Pink Salt, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Garlic Powder, Cumin and Garam Masala. I added splashes of water as it began to get too thick. 😘👌

Today is my high carb day so I get to eat some of my favorite foods in bulk, like oil-free baked sweet potato fries!

Quick recipe:

🌡Preheat oven to 375 °
🍠Wash and cup up sweet potatoes into wedges
💦Place on baking sheet and sprinkle with water and seasoning of your choice (I used smoked paprika, garlic, chili & chives spice blend)
⏲Bake for 30-45 minutes depending on the thickness of your fries

I also threw together some @beyondmeat Feisty Beef Crumbles, cooked green lentils, chopped onions, cauliflower, and kale into a skillet and made a delicious improvised combo.

Even though I love my healthy fats, I don’t usually cook with oil. Oil is very dense in calories (1 tbsp of olive oil is around 120 calories and 14g of fat) so I’d rather get those calories from nuts, seeds, and avocados. 
Instead I use water or low sodium vegetable broth to stir fry my veggies. 😋

Oh yes, and here’s another great way to bake your sweet potatoes to make them melt in your mouth!

•Preheat oven to 400 °
•Wash sweet potatoes and cut them in half
•Place face down on the baking sheet
•Pour a small amount of water into the pan
•Cover the pan with aluminum foil and poke holes (for the steam to escape)
•Bake for 45 minutes or till potatoes are super soft

•Boiled my pasta with a "not chick'n cube" from Whole Foods •While my pasta was boiling I sautéed 3/4 of an onion (chopped) 3 cloves of minced garlic, mushrooms and added some baby kale and spinach. •Once my pasta was cooked I placed about 2cups of the pasta water to the side and discarded the rest, i did not rinse my pasta and I added the sautéed veggies to the pot. •in the same pan (med-low heat) that I sautéed the veggies I added about 1cup of the pasta water, I added salt, nutritional yeast, paprika, red pepper flakes, fresh thyme and rosemary, dried oregano, garlic powder, a pinch of allspice and nutmeg. I also added a squeeze of lemon juice and a drizzle of white truffle oil. •Continuously whisking  I started to add a table spoon of  corn starch slowly, when it started to thicken I added about 1/2 of a cup of vegan mozzarella cheese, turn up the heat until you see the sauce start to bubble, give it a last taste test add more spices if needed and viola sauce is done. (Add more pasta water if needed to thin) •Combine the sauce and the pasta all together
I really recommend adding a touch of balsamic glaze on the side for a touch of sweetness 👩🏻‍🍳viola!!

Im not big on taking supps only if i really need to but if you do.. do you know what is actually in yours?? Might wana check those weird numbers make sure its not kitten fur 😷 or whatever else they try hide.

Here @vivolife they make a RAW plantbased protein and their bcaas are not laced with any weird shit. 
If you dont know what raw means it is that it is made under a certain temp not heated like the 'cheaper products yeah you pay abit more but you get more nutrients from the full product unlike other supps that are loaded with fillers and things your body doesn't use/need.

My review: The protein started working faster for longer then others I've had and I've tried pea protein which was also really good but this has had the best results. Didnt like it in my proats but nice in smoothie and the bcaas are amazing! Just knowing theres no weird shit in it makes me happy also whilst saving lives and the taste is amazing. Whey is cow protein designed for calves... dont do it.

A minha ficou assim - muito rápida de fazer:
1 xícara de sementes de Girassol demolhadas por 12 horas ( acho que com 8 horas de molho já está OK ) batidas no liquidificador com 1/4 de xícara de água morna ( melhor pra  captar os óleos essenciais das sementes ) e 1 colher de sopa de sal grosso. Bati esses ingredientes até ficarem homogêneos num creme. Transferi para um recipiente e adicionei cebolinha e 7,5 gramas de levedura nutricional
