Swipe Right and let's talk about protein🙄💪💭I have been looking into diet a lot lately just because I have a huge interest in it and found some interesting information that I would like to share!
I recently discovered on a diet I used to live off of for a year or two was high in carbs (So I think this is why I was able to fuel my body for exercise and for losing weight), even though I had an apple and porridge a day, no other sugars my sugar was still double the "Recommended" amount of sugar a day of 24g I was on 55g, and my protein intake was 139g a day😬that is 93g more protein than a sedentary female adult😱
My kidneys were put through some work😬
people don't realise that the carbs we eat have protein in them too, so it's easy to get protein into us, AND we can't absorb protein on its own properly carbs have to be with it or it has to be in carbs😋
but somewhere along the line people started to believe if they didn't eat loads of protein everyday that they would be deficient? This generation is more than likely eating double or three times more protein than they need! And the extra protein you pay for just leaves the body as excess amino acids in your pee💦
People would argue we are all different shapes and sizes but realistically our organs are more or less the same size (Males obvs bigger than females organs) that's why they get more protein💪

LOL😂😂😂 Saw this post and it made me laugh, because it's so true and relatable, everyone has this perception that you can only eat rabbit food on the vegan diet AND even if you tell them all of these things that you can eat they're like oh but I can't live without chicken or cheese or pizza, etc.🤔All of which are found in Alternative form😂I eat everything I want😋just in Alternative form if needs be and you might be surprised by this but I eat more normal everyday food, than Alternatives🤗the only alternatives I need to buy are in the category of jellies, milk, cheese, etc. That I don't have much in my diet ATM anyways But everything is pretty much the same as everyone else's diet💚Every place I go out to as well for food I can 99% of the time find a vegan Option💚🌱No such thing as being deprived on this Diet, in fact it's the best diet for obtaining nutrition, fibre, micronutrients, etc. If you commit to a bit of learning and applying it to your lifestyle😉🌱📗I didnt turn vegan because I just Like Food, I turned Vegan Because I LOVE Food #Vegan#VeganOptions#Typical#Lol#Funny#CanRelateToIt#VeganPromotion#HappyVegan#LoveFood#Lifestyle#Loveit#FoodPorn#FoodLover#Fitfam#fitnessandhealth#Gym#Fitlife
#Ongehoord had een geweldig team vrijwilligers tijdens #paradigmfestival dit jaar. Honderden mensen deden daar de quiz over varkens, leerden Charlotte het moedervarken kennen en zagen een nagebouwde varkensstal. Onze vrijwilligers waren pro's in mensen de bus in kletsen en vegan promotie als ze er uit kwamen. Iedereen bedankt, hopelijk zien we elkaar weer bij de volgende actie!
