How beautiful are these flowers from @mwdelicious - owner of @lorettaoncuba, one of the most incredible restaurants of our trip to Wellington!
⭐ TELL ME: What are your favourite flowers? Mine are peonies, just like these 😍
The Iguazu Falls 💦 were by far the most majestic and grand (and only) falls I've ever seen 👀. From the Argentinian side 🇦🇷 you get the best falls experience - boat 🚣♀️ goes into the falls. From the Brazilian side 🇧🇷 you get the best views 🔭.
We close our weeklong look at vegan travel in Greece with this thoughtful video from @heyshaee and @marissa.kai. During their 6-months of global travels they visited several animal sanctuaries, helping to shed much-needed light on issues facing animals around our world.
We shared a link to Shae & Marissa’s video in our IG story. 🌱

If you could see your body through someone else’s eyes, what would you think?
Chances are, you’d be a lot less critical and significantly more positive.
It’s time we got out of our heads and into a more uplifting mindset.
The day we can learn to speak to ourselves with the same compassion we use to speak to our best friends, is the day we’ll learn to fall in love with ourselves all over again.
Go kick some a** today 💪🏻
Welcome to Hoi An, the cutest little city with the busiest main roads, a walking street where there really are just bikes and pedestrians, with lanterns everywhere, fair trade shops, countless tailors, kind people, cheap restaurants and a promenade to die for ❤

Got a lot of questions recently about how I make money online and how you can start making money and travel so I was thinking of making a quick video about that. What do you guys think? •
Any thing specific things you want to know or specific questions you have?

It’s amazing how simple it is to be a traveling vegan. Inspiring, even. Each time I leave home, people ask, “Was it hard to eat vegan in _______________.” ? And the answer is almost always, “No!”. Some places have progressed more than others, and I won’t say that every city has the most varied selection. But there are people all over the world who understand the importance of a plant-based future and I. Am. Just. Tickled. Pink.

Introducing: THE COMPASSION TOUR!!
On August 21st I will be embarking on a vegan odyssey, traveling the world for 365 days raising awareness for the animals and helping others increase the compassion in their lives. This has been my passion project for the last 6 months and I am so excited to finally tell you all. I am listening to my heart, following my dream, and dedicating the next year to being a full-time activist.
WHERE AM I GOING?? As of now, I will be visiting 20 countries: Canada, Israel, England, Scottland, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Italy, France, Denmark, Norway, Sweeden, Switzerland, and Australia!!
I have not picked the exact cities yet, so that is where YOU come in. A big part of this adventure is to meet all of you! We are such a strong community and I want to bring us even closer. So let me know which cities to come to!!! Or some other countries.
WHERE AM I STAYING? Hostels will be my go to, but what I would love is to stay with as many of you as possible. If you would be interested in hosting me while I am in your city, let me know! It would be amazing to go to your local grocery store, buy food, and cook an amazing vegan meal!!
WHAT AM I DOING?? I will be doing solo street activism, attending live animal vigils, volunteering at sanctuaries, participating in Cube of Truth demonstrations, and any other forms of activism I can get into. My mission is to help people expand their circle of compassion to all beings on this planet and inspire the vegan community to become active!
I will be blogging, vlogging, and IG'ing the whole journey so that you can be with me every step of the way. More details to come so stay tuned and make sure you are following @thislittlevegan to be apart of #TheCompassionTour ❤️✌🏻

On today’s #WanderingFriday we hear from @vegansithlord:
“Traveling for me is a way to get away from all the stress of everyday life. Physically and mentally. It’s like when I’m hiking up at mountain or going to a new area to explore I leave all the mess behind. Nothing else matters in that moment. My mind is clear. I’m just thinking about how beautiful this Earth is and how thankful I am to be on it.” 🌏🌸
