Today's #mealprep for my longest uni day is bread 🍞 with cucumber, a nectarine, an apple 🍎 lots of unpictured chocolate with nuts 🥜 couscous with pepper and carrots 🥕 and this bar from @nature_valley 🍯
Really looking forward to the end of this day because I'm already really tired 😴 also my day started with too many negative thoughts which are still really present in my head. 🙈
But during my short free time I could finally find the courage to start working on my thesis. Well, at least with reading the first notation and definition. But that's better than nothing right? 🙆♀️

Let's experiment...thinly sliced red onion, set on a thin layer of tahini, and topped with a mixture of roasted butternut squash, bulghur wheat & ras el hanout spice mix, and baked (finished article coming up in next post)...a nod to kibbeh & an onion tartin!
