I know I know, we are all sick of seeing "eat this, not that" , "portion control" PB comparisons! However I would like us to brainstorm together and when I mean brainstorm I mean, let us share our opinions, discuss about it and respect each other’s opinions🤙🏻

What is PB powder?
“PB2 is a powdered peanut butter, made by squeezing natural oils out of the peanut and then dehydrating what’s left, yielding a powder in which 90% of the fat is removed from the peanut.” .
What do you think about PB2? Do you prefer real PB or PB powder?

There is a huge difference! I mean 90% of the fat is removed, plus, it has added sugar! I want my healthy fats🙄 I’d rather get the calories and eat the real food! But not gonna lie, sometimes I use the PB chocolate powder in my oatmeals for a better texture.

They give me a reason to question the establishment, and we all know thats what I love to do 👸🏼 And there are SO many prejudices around fitness.
One of them being : eat your weight in protein 🤔

DUH you need protein. 
But you don't only find it in chicken breast or a good old steak 🤷🏼‍♀️
.
First, you can find protein in plant based foods. My favorites are tempeh, edamame, oats, quinoa. These foods have the benefit of being rich in micronutrients as well (think vitamins and stuff 💁🏼).
.
Second, you shouldn't neglect your other macros as well. You won't grow your muscles by avoiding carbs !
.
Just as you should not remove fats from your diet - they are essential if you want your body to function properly.  Think avocado, flax seeds, olive oil, nuts 🥜 ⠀
.
So think outside the box friends ! 
You are not doomed to eat chicken and brocoli all your life. What is your favorite post-workout meal ? Comment below ⤵️

How do you like your fritters ? 😉
Nice and crisp on the outside, soft and warm on the inside 🌟 
Gluten Free Vegan Cauliflower & Broccoli Fritters 💛 
Recipe: 
Ingredients 
1 small cauliflower, cut into florets and  cooked 
1 small broccoli, cut into florets and cooked
1 medium carrot, grated 
1/2 cup dairy-free mozzarella cheese 
1/2 cup bread crumbs 
1/4 cup almond meal 
1 teaspoon sweet paprika 
1 teaspoon dried oregano 
1 teaspoon dried basil 
salt and pepper to taste 
Method
Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse until combined and a thick paste formed. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Form fritters with your hands and cook on both sides until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy. 
Note: these fritters will also make a perfect burger patty and kids just love them.

▫ 3-4 веточки зеленого базилика;
▫ 2 стебля сельдерея;
▫ 1-2 зубчика чеснока;
▫ 1-2 стрелки зеленого лука;
▫ сок половины лайма или узбекского лимона;
▫ 3-4 ст. ложки качественного оливково масла;
▫ соль, перец;
▫ зелёный перчик чили (по желанию);
▫ вода опционально

Как готовить:
👩🏻‍🍳Орехи замочить: кешью минимум на 4 часа, можно на ночь; кедровые на 1-2 часа. Хорошо промыть, поместить в чашу блендера.

Добавить листики базилика, зелёный лук, чеснок, сельдерей, чили, сок лайма и немного воды. Взбить. Если масса очень густая, добавить ещё воды. Вбивать до однородной гладкой консистенции. Влить оливковое масло, ещё раз взбить. Готово!

Vegan breakfast and lunch ideas 💡🌱💕— on a plant based diet you need to eat more than someone who eats a regular diet and I’m always finding myself hungry throughout a work day because I’m moving around a lot - so I pack extra snacks to keep me full. For breakfast I’m having the yogurt and the pumpkin spice oatmeal and for work I made a smoothie to keep me full for a while: 2 bananas, half an avocado, half a mango, handful blueberries, cup of almond milk, bunch of flax seeds and hemp hearts, cinnamon and scoop of vanilla vega protein powder 😻/ spinach wrap: roasted garlic hummus, vegan cheese,  cucumber, romaine lettuce, and chipotle vegan mayo 🤗 and for a snack a lära blueberry bar 🤩. Trying to view life from a place of abundance and gratitude is not always easy.

It is so easy to focus on the negative.  To center our thoughts on what we lack.  To get sucked in to the belief that there isn’t enough love, fulfillment, and joy in the universe to go around.
.
 If anyone could relate to this right now, it’s me.
.
I have LOST A LOT this year.  My grandmother passed away in February.  My father died in August.  I let go of a career that I busted my ass off to get, spent over a year preparing for, and studied in school.  The business my husband and I built for the past three years slowly dissolved, despite our best efforts to keep it going. My car that I had since college crapped out on me.
.
I can sit here and feel sorry for myself, play the victim, and angrily question why these things had to happen to me (and trust me, I have done and will probably continue to do plenty of that at times). BUT I find that shifting my mindset and reshaping my point of view helps me realize that I actually still have a lot, and there is so much is still yet to come in my life. I am able to look at the positive side of these losses (no matter how difficult or marginal). .

As much as I wish Nana and Dad were still here, I know that they are at peace now; they are no longer hurting and never have to try and mask their pain again. Saying goodbye to that opportunity in my professional life opened the door was one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make, but it led me to find my true passion. We learned so much from the experience of literally growing our business from the ground up and no longer have the extreme stress, exhaustion and anxiety that came with it.  I now have a car payment that I never had to worry about before, but I also safe and reliable mode of transportation that I didn’t have. .

I challenge you to open your heart and mind to an attitude of gratitude and an abundant way of thinking.  You may be surprised by the impact. #teamaspireforhigher

Need a humpday pick me up? Veggie burger quesadillas 😀 low carb whole wheat wraps, Sauteed red pepper , onion, 1 veggie burger , avocado half , mexican blend cheese, 1/2 cup per dilla. One layer under veggies one layer over. 1 cup spinach on mine ( my girlfriend @ahigby doesn't do spinach🙁) cook on griddle at 275° for 5 mins. Fold over in half and flip, cook for another 5 mins. If you don't have a griddle cook in a large pan on low/med heat. Sides: 2 tbls of fage greek yogurt and my new favorite. Need a humpday pick me up? Veggie burger quesadillas 😀 low carb whole wheat wraps, Sauteed red pepper , onion, 1 veggie burger , avocado half , mexican blend cheese, 1/2 cup per dilla. One layer under veggies one layer over. 1 cup spinach on mine ( my girlfriend @ahigby doesn't do spinach🙁) cook on griddle at 275° for 5 mins. Fold over in half and flip, cook for another 5 mins. If you don't have a griddle cook in a large pan on low/med heat. Sides: 2 tbls of fage greek yogurt and my new favorite. Vegan Mac & Cheese for the absolute win. Yum. Butternut squash is my life & also I feel great cooking in season in the winter! I served with some steamed brussel sprouties

1 serving your fav pasta
For the vegan cheese Sauce:
1 cup butternut squash, cubed
1 cup vegetable broth
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 slices @fieldroast chao creamy original slices (or your fav non dairy cheese!) Boil the broth and add the butternut squash. Boil uncovered until squash is tender and the broth has reduced. (If it looks like too much liquid, drain some of the broth before moving to the next step) pour the squash & broth into a blender/food processor & add all the other things. I tore up the cheese slices before to make them easier to blend.  When well blended and the sauce looks creamy, return to the pot and add the pasta, stirring on low to heat throughout. Then serve!

Cuando estamos la mayor parte del día fuera de casa puede ser más difícil comer saludable, por eso, ¡llevate tupper!
La comida que siempre va a ser más sana es la que elabores vos, controlando los ingredientes que usas y como lo preparas. Para eso, acá van algunas ideas:
-Calcula el tiempo que vas a estar fuera de tu casa y cuantos tiempos de comida implica. Lleva alimentos suficientes para cubrir esas ingestas.
-Tené siempre una colación extra en el bolso o mochila, como un puñado de frutos secos o una bolsita de fruta deshidratada sin azúcar. De esa manera, si demorás más de lo previsto, no vas a pasar hambre ni vas a tener necesidad de comprar algo.
-Planificá con anticipación que vas a comer al día siguiente, y si te vas muy temprano, arma los tuppers en la noche.
-Buscá alternativas a las preparaciones tradicionales que te sean más faciles de transportar, en internet hay montones de recetas prácticas para llevar al trabajo o facultad.
-Dedicá una parte de tu día libre a adelantar algunos pasos (cocinar legumbres y congelar en porciones, cocinar arroz integral y guardarlo bien tapado en la heladera, cocinar verduras, preparar omelettes o tortillas al horno y guardar en porciones, hacer pan casero, etc.).
-Tené una botella reciclable con agua siempre a mano, la hidratación es fundamental.
