After a lot of frustration with other plans and program, I decided to join @weightwatchers and started my program on October 10th! I weighed in for the first time today and I am proud to announce that I have lost 5.2 pounds!!!! I am so excited, so proud, and so motivated! Late lunching on a Saturday. I wasn't able to go to work today. Feeling unwell with a sudden cold 😤 Keeping things light and healthy to make sure I get good nutrients in.
This is an egg white omelette with red onions, peppers, spinach cooked in 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil plus a generous serving of broccoli and green beans topped with a tablespoon of feta and Greek yogurt spread. This was the ideal topping to add flavour, texture and creaminess to my greens for 80 calories only. Whole meal 👉🏼 264 calories. Wish you all beauties a wonderful weekend 💕✌🏻
Just got back from trampolining and it was so much fun 💁🏻 now I’m gonna chill and catch up on holly oaks.. made myself a smoothie using frozen berries (strawbs, raspberries and blackberries) a banana, 100ml almond milk and 100g of fat free yogurt 🍓🍒🍼🍦 I point this at 1SP (for the yogurt) and I have NEVER pointed blended fruit 🙅🏻 sorry weight watchers police 🚨 but I don’t intend to point it either 💃🏻

Heut morgen waren wir noch auf Nusa Penida, haben am Pool gechillt und waren kurz am “Strand“ uuund dann ging es per Speedboat schon zurück nach Bali🙆 die letzten Tage brechen jetzt leider an🙈 so langsam freue ich mich aber auch ein klein wenig auf zu Hause😁 aber auch hier in Indonesien sind meine Hej Bars am Start😁 beste Riegel😍

Last night I went out to dinner with some old friends at a diner.
I feel proud that I planned ahead. Ate some fruit before I left the house, skipped the free orzo on the table, got a greek salad with dressing on the side and had a separate plate to eat from so I could portion control the feta. Brought the rest home 😀
It was Delish and I was full! Yes 💪🏻
Went trail hiking today! It was right behind the farmers market I love so much. Perfect morning!!! Awesome in my @popfitclothing leggings with the pockets that held my phone and money for market after.
